I used the app to help with Instagram messages and being able to attach products directly to messages, it works great. The only thing I would like is for it to sync with Instagram so if I respond through Instagram the message is visible within Inbox. Apart from that it is doing what I want for sending messages. Haven’t tried any of the other features as yet but will do

Great application i have downloaded Appstore version and helps me communicate with customers on the go
This makes it super easy to organize my time - especially across replying to messages on FB and IG. So far so good.
It's good, it if had an option to like buzz on the bottom that would be cool or to notify when someone is on the website.
What a nice surprise - it's beyond useful and will undoubtedly replace/combine a number of apps and portals we've used up to now.

I used this app to answer online queries from my customers and it help me to help them quickly and redirect but to website to purchase the item they are after or to give information on a particular product they are looking at
Leider stürzt die App oft ab. Die Kommunikation mit den Kunden wird dadurch unterbrochen. Die Funktionen sonst sind gut Ein Kunde hat meine Antwort mit einem Tag Verzögerung erhalten.
So far, so good. Easy to use. Hope for clients also comfortable to ask or find quick answers. I can recommend.

Works well and receive questions from customers fast. Love the automatic Q&As. Other then that, wish scammers wouldn't message us, but I guess that can't be helped.
- Frequently fails to deliver messages to customers, and resending fails as well - Does not show images shared by users from social media channels - Shipping status autoreply can't be disabled, even when it's not functional in your region - Does not provide reliable status of user presence - Notifications are unreliable, and frequently received after the customer has given up and left

Great app for people who want to be able to answer customer questions. Worth the money to have peace of mind knowing that our customers feel heard!
Globalement l'application est assez pratique. Le seul bémol c'est l'affichage de la liste de produit. Le nom des produits est tronqué, ce qui rend difficile la sélection de produit ayant un nom proche.
