Please guys you need to add Whatsapp chat integration into Inbox. I like the new updates showing customer order details. thanks

Very happy with the app but I hope there will be more customizations available in the future. Some texts cannot be edited at the moment which is a bit of an issue if your store communicates in a certain tone of voice.

Customer states: Your web chat window (at least on my system) can't be resized or relocated and it blocks much of the page... I will need to close it in order to see if I can now add that product to my cart.
Thank you for taking the time and sharing this feedback with us. If the customer is using a tablet or phone, then the chat widget could be blocking their cart. However, since the chat can resume the conversation, they can close the chat to complete actions in the store. On the other hand, if the chat is blocking the product or cart page on the desktop, then you can also adjust the position of the chat widget through the Appearance settings (https://bit.ly/3pFKhsn) on Shopify Inbox. Works great! Finally! A very useful feature from Shopify that makes life so much easier. Still needs a create order function while directly messaging customers, and to be able to send a checkout link in the chat to a customer without really leaving the window would be very good. I look forward to more of these updates from Shopify! Thanks!

Currently only available as an online chat tool, the auto-reply feature is useless, it's very imperfect. Important point, please don't use "document.write()", Google pagespeed insights tell me that this is slowing down my site, and I can't optimize it

Love the addition of this app. Helps customers get answers to quick questions in a timely manner. We're using a few automations for common questions and an automatic reply after business hours. It's all been working well.

Application facile à utiliser. Le plus est l'intégration de la messagerie Instagram. Dommage toutefois qu'elle ne soit pas intégrée en natif sur Shopify et permette d'envoyer des message depuis les commandes (le GROS points noirs de Shopify)

So far so good. Will update after using for a few months. One negative - can't change the default - track my order pre-filled answer.

We are not able to get ringing notification on phone when a custer is jumping on the chat to solve the concerns.

If you're having issues with getting notifications from Inbox, this is likely due to the app not having the permissions needed to send notifications. Please, access the 'settings' area of your mobile device and then look for 'notifications.' From there, find the Inbox app and select it. I'm sent in an endless loop of account verification when I try to see our inbox messages, sometimes that app gives prompts in German and Spanish (when we are only set to English). There is no way to see the messages. No idea how to use this app.
