Love using this app to connect with customers. Wish I would have utilized it years ago. Great way to help people with what they need and help convert sales.
Shopify inbox is great because it sends us an email alert when someone has emailed our business and because we check the business email daily, we never miss the customer email sent via Shopify inbox.
This is really good app to increase the sell by answering customers questions help them understand product very well. thanks for that
Really good, better than Freshchat which we now cancelled. A couple of features that would give this a good 5 stars is emoji's, more instant replies (FAQ) and file uploads (for example PDF). Other than that, we're loving it.

Bonne expérience, c'est très pratique. Et le fait d'avoir une interface de gestion sur l'appli mobile c'est génial.

What a great app. With the three social media outlets we are using. It can get challenging to keep up with responding to each customer. But not anymore! We connected all our outlets to this app, and each of my team members can now respond to customers' questions. LOVE IT

pretty good experience so far although I don't know how it relates to the customer on shopify I was trying to reach? shopify took me out of my customer's order to this and now I can't find my customer?

Really nice integration! It would be great if on the mobile version the chat with us icon is smaller or can be removed everywhere but on some pages if the customer deletes it. e.g.: it is annoying on a product page when you want to look at the product images and it covers some functionality. otherwise great features

I have lots of customer enquires on this after hours and find I would be loosing these sales of the option to chat wasn't there..
Useful for quick resolution of customer issues when both parties are online with option for customers to leave a message when we are not available
Works a lot better than it used to! Updates are awesome. Customers love that they don't have to stay online and can just be emailed a response.
i like it so much , it makes it easier to communicate with my clients as it is so easy to respond immediately .
We use this app as a convenience for our customers. Lots of times we get inquiries off hours when customers are reluctant to call. It works well. I like that it will switch to e-mail if the customer leaves the store before we can provide a personalized response. I wish there was a better notification sound when someone asks a question.

Just installed but seems to working just fine. BRAVO Shopify! I removed a third party chat app as I like to keep Shopify integrated app whenever possible.
Easy to use and seamless setup. Does everything that we need it to so really can't ask for much more.
