JetPrint: Print On Demand

The Size was way off on the child hoodie and when I reached out to get a refund, they said nothing was wring and offered my a 12% discount on a new offer? The Medium Kids hoodie was way larger than the size chart claimed. I may not use these guys again unless they can fix the issue & refund me.

Ordered fast shipping over 2 weeks ago, after 1 week in production they said it will be send 1-2 days after another week it's still in production. For 75 dollar for a watch you can get for 12 dollar on Ali express, and then this kind of service?!

I currently use 5 different Print on demand companies to support my business needs and have used well over 5 of others. This company decides to take a different approach to normal items other sell. Which I love. The only part that I wish was different is that they need a affiliate in USA. They might do a lot of business in other countries but I would bet it would double here. Also I would like to throw my name in the pot for that. I could for sure secure this affiliate for you @JetPrint. Just saying. Nice products but difficult to design. Should allow for duplicating an image and the ability to link the shoes so that the design appears on both. Also the ability to make a pattern with your logo/image would be nice. Also having difficulty with the mock-ups showing my design, I Tried on my laptop and iPad and still shows a plain black shoe.

These guys always help out when there is an issue. Great app and I look forward to a long working partnership with them.

Love all the options for footwear and home and living items. Had one minor hiccup and the customer service was by far amazing. Jennifer from Partnership Management company was outstanding and had my issue fixed immediately. Thank you!

The app was easy to download and set up the account with, but could not be worked with as a popup, only within the Shopify frame. Revisions were easy enough to make, but could not be saved part way - an item MUST be completed, or all input will be lost. Then, publishing to my store, from the framed workspace, was very easy, seamless. Overall, a reasonably good experience on the creation side. I have yet to test ordering or fulfillment, so this review has nothing to say about those parts of the business relationship.

Easy to use. Wide selection. Haven't placed my first order yet. The one frustrating part is sometimes the server doesn't respond well when adding new designs as of late. I've uploaded over 200 designs and it started saying there are upload issues.

I'm now sick of being asked for a review every time I design a product. Fix This now. This app has absolutely some of the most beautiful mockups I have seen. The products are excellent. There are some small delays in the mockup engine if you are loading large image sizes, but apart from that it seems brilliant.

It took two weeks for Jetprint to tell me they ran out of the tote bag I ordered for my customer. Two weeks and nocontact. I have customers. I will update this review if they make it right very quickly.

I like this platform, it has a nice range of products and easy to navigate and create. I recommend this app for veveryone

great selection of products to choose from and work with . i just wish some products had a different layout to work with, or a system that can mirror the other side to make customizing some products easier . that way you know for sure either both sleeves on a shirt, hoodie, jacket, or shoe will look identical to one another . other than that i have no concerns or anything really to complain about . i will say being in the United States of America, products do take some time to get here, i don't know if that's because of COVID-19 or what, but that's not a big problem for me .

Just came across this app and loving the variety and pricing. I am going to have a lot of fun creating new and exciting items.

This is a great app. It is very user-friendly and very logically set up. I do wish the online shoe template were larger, and thus easier to see.

I like to create complex designs. It is a pretty decent app to use, yet everyone does not have or use photo shop to download templates. The mockups are beautiful!! Yet, what I feel that needs to be added for more designing preciseness are gridlines, zoom in features, copy & paste image and or duplicate image. It will enhance the ease of creativity & complex designing and will save some time. I have ordered test products and the quality print & material (fabric) is very good. I will continue to order and test from Jet Print, as I do have great interest in their products.

Unfortunately I did Not test the ordering before making products available to my customers ( and I really should have read the reviews). It has been 9 days since ordering and have not gotten an update. The phone number to contact them does work so I’ve now tried emailing for an update...so far very disappointed. Will likely be removing products and app.

I am totally happy with this app. They offer products that I can customize and use as my own brand. As I grow they offer excellent products that I can add to my store with new and trusted designs that my customers love. Thank you so much. There's one thing that I would like for them to offer with there custom shoes and that is including it with custom shoe boxes. If I could get my custom shoes with the shoe box that would be greatand I can send it dirrectly to my cusomters and not have to send it to me first then to my customers. Having the shoes inside the shoe box and being able to ship it that way would help me greatly.

It's not "if things will go wrong, it's when". In those times, support is the most important thing and JetPrint has support that keeps you warm and fuzzy inside.
