So far not a good experience. I will leave this review on until the issue is fixed. We have an e-commerce platform in CZ and the issue is that our customers get auto-replies and e-mails from Judge.me in Russian or Croatian language instead of Czech. I have already sent a ticket 2 times and so far no fix. Sadly, this makes our store look fraudulant. Thankfully, we are on the free version for now but I doubt that an upgrade would work if the codes are full of bugs in the trial version.
Thank you for raising this, you’re absolutely right that language accuracy is critical, especially for customer-facing emails. We sincerely apologise for the incorrect language appearing in Czech stores. That should not happen. We have identified the issue in the Czech translation layer and have already implemented grammar corrections in the reply notification email. We are also reviewing the handling of reviewer names in subject lines, particularly considering Czech vocative rules, to ensure the wording is linguistically correct and natural. We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and corrections, it has helped us improve the translations properly rather than applying a temporary workaround. Our goal is to fix this permanently at the system level so it does not require additional troubleshooting on your side. Thank you again for your patience and for helping us get this right.

I have been trying out your product to see if I wanted to buy a premium paid version. I just hand wrote 40 emails to existing customers asking for reviews. I used the link invitation that goes to my own website as it's higher trust for my customers. A few of them have just reported the link doesn't work. I've tried it and it doesn't consistently for me either. I have lost the chance of good reviews and look incompetent in front of my customers. I'd like you to fix this or I'll go to another app. Your own internal submit review button doesn't work. Absurd!!!

Overwhelming amount of spam emails sent to the registered email address. Cannot unsubscribe even.

If you can share an example of one of the emails you’re receiving, we can identify the source more accurately and make sure the right unsubscribe/stop action is applied. Not great. not user friendly and helpful with styling. not clear on where the rating can appear and how to do so. the important stuff to a store. y'all feel like a tech company vs human company.

Our review rate has been much lower with Judge me and they don't send follow up emails if a user didn't open the first email but will if they did. Its backwards logic. I hate that I am not in control of how my customers get emails some programmer is and they always think they know best. I wish we had never used this platform.

At the moment, our reminder logic is designed to send follow-ups only when a customer has engaged with the initial email, to avoid repeatedly emailing recipients who may never have received or seen the message due to inbox filtering. That said, we absolutely hear your point: in many cases, a reminder to non-openers can be just as (or even more) valuable, and your reasoning is valid. We’ve already reached out to you privately and are escalating your feedback to our core product team for review. While changes to this behavior require careful evaluation, we genuinely appreciate you raising it, it helps us challenge assumptions and improve the product for all merchants.

Certes l'app est très utiles, mais devoir payer 15€ par mois pour juste changer la couleur des étoiles c'est trop.

Nous comprenons tout à fait votre point de vue, et nous voulions simplement préciser que le changement de couleur des étoiles est bien disponible dans le plan Gratuit. Vous pouvez modifier la couleur via Paramètres > Marquage > Couleur principale, et cette couleur s’appliquera automatiquement aux étoiles ainsi qu’à d’autres éléments pour garder une identité visuelle cohérente. Nous avons déjà partagé plus de détails avec vous en privé et restons à votre disposition pour vous aider à ajuster les widgets selon vos préférences. Merci encore pour votre avis.

Judge.me adverteert met een "gratis" Google My Business integratie, maar dit is pure misleiding. Je kunt je Google Business account verbinden, maar zodra je verbonden bent, ontdek je dat de daadwerkelijke sync functie alleen beschikbaar is voor betalende abonnementen.

We have been using the App (paid plan) for months now. Functionality and front end are okay, but the backend literally is unusable due to constant pop ups and spam. Sad to say, but we'll consider moving on.

Judge.me Product Reviews App – 1 Year User Experience Pros: We have been using this app for over a year; its design and ease of use are great. The app structure and live support are very good; they respond quickly and help efficiently. Cons: We have been using the app for over a year and switched to the paid version 1 month ago. Unfortunately, it has been disappointing: despite having many orders, we have not received a single review. Paying for the paid version doesn’t make much sense for us. Because no reviews were coming in, we reached out for support. Tasnim helped us, thank you. She checked our system and website, confirming everything is set up correctly. However, we still haven’t received an answer to our main question: why aren’t we getting reviews? In our opinion, there is an issue with the app. Is it normal that not a single customer leaves a review among so many orders, even though we offer gifts for every review? Now that all conditions are perfect, why are no reviews coming in? Other features in the paid version seem useless to us; we haven’t seen any benefit so far. The difference between free and paid versions, based on our observation, is negligible. We will continue to try for another month, but we are not sure this app is the right solution for us. Note: We are unsure; we will continue testing for another month. If we still do not see results or receive reviews, we are considering canceling the paid version as it would be an unnecessary expense. Everything is set up perfectly on our side, but the app doesn’t seem to deliver the main purpose. We will update this review after another month of experience. Wishing everyone great sales!

A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience. I encountered several bothersome bugs in the template editor. The most frustrating issue is the what you see is not what you get problem, where the live email does not always match the preview in the editor. This makes it impossible to trust the tool, forcing you to constantly send test emails to verify every change. Additionally, the customer-facing flow is broken and cannot be fixed. For example, the review page mixes my chosen language with English, and there is no way to edit or correct this. The lack of proper language support is a major flaw. Finally, the support was mediocre. I lost my patience after a few hours of trying to get help, and I don't feel they will provide a timely solution. Due to these unresolved issues, I am looking for an alternative.

Die App versendet eigenmächtig E-Mails an Kunden!!! Bitte aufpassen!!! Der "Autopilot" ist standardmäßig aktiviert und schickt einfach ungefragt E-Mail ab, die möglicherweise noch nicht einmal konfiguriert sind! Auch wenn die App sonst keine schlechten Funktionen haben mag, haben wir uns so sehr darüber geärgert, dass wir sie vorerst nicht weiter benutzen möchten.
Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, und es tut uns leid, dass automatische Bewertungsanfragen verschickt wurden, bevor Sie dazu bereit waren. Standardmäßig ist diese Funktion beim Setup aktiviert, damit Händler sofort mit dem Sammeln von Bewertungen starten können. Wir verstehen jedoch, dass dies nicht immer erwünscht ist. Zur Klarstellung: Sie haben jederzeit die volle Kontrolle und können Bewertungsanfragen in den Einstellungen jederzeit deaktivieren oder pausieren. Außerdem lassen sich unerwünschte Bewertungen problemlos archivieren oder ausblenden, sodass sie nicht im Shop erscheinen. Application efficace et abordable, mais avec un énorme point faible que peu de marchands connaissent : quand vos clients laissent une évaluation, le texte “En envoyant votre avis, vous acceptez nos conditions et politique de confidentialité” ne renvoie pas vers vos propres pages légales Shopify… mais vers celles de Judge.me. Concrètement, vos clients découvrent que leurs données sont gérées par une application externe, ce qui casse totalement l’image de marque premium et la cohérence d’un site. C’est une obligation imposée par Judge.me (même sur le plan payant), et on ne peut ni modifier ni supprimer ces liens. Dommage, car l’application est complète, mais cette contrainte en fait une solution peu adaptée aux marques qui veulent garder une maîtrise totale de leur image et de leur relation client.

Very basic free feature set. Something as simple as changing what product a review is associated with is not possible (requires reimporting reviews or contacting support ). A page show casing your reviews, not possible. Review import is basic and sometime delayed with when reviews actually post. As with most money hungry Shopify apps, the juice is not worth the squeeze.
