It is ridiculous to have built in limitations on something that shouldn't be limited, such as only 20 review imports from aliexpress for the cheaper plan, and also not allowing you to select an image or just import several of the images that are available. There are literally FREE apps that can do this, but you can't do it on this paid one. No integration with GShopping or instagram unless you get on the most expensive plan. Unbelievably greedy developers! Not happy at all.

Hey - Yishai from Loox here :) Please note that Shopify is in charge of app charges according to their policy here: https://help.shopify.com/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/transactions-and-fees#domains-themes-and-app-fees As we mentioned in our email, Shopify triggered the app charge on October 6th and Loox was removed after, on October 10th, for this reason you saw the charge in your Shopify invoice. When you uninstall the app, it DELETES all the reviews from the store, I mean ALL including the honest reviews from the customers ,not only the ones generated by Loox , and this is WITHOUT permission ! So basically if you install it, you have to stick with it , if not you're screwed ! My advice is, stay AWAY from such a poor app !!

Hey, Amit from the Loox team here :) Generally speaking, Loox will save your data (unless requested otherwise) so that once the app is reinstalled, all your information (reviews, settings, etc...) will be restored as expected. As part of GDPR requirements, Loox provides merchants with the option to remove all their data with us via an automatic email sent to you. No worries, as mentioned in our correspondence, if you do not wish to remove your data, you can disregard the email you received. I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding this email - we've made sure to clarify this in the email too. I need to get the configuration that appeared where the review could be approved. This was at the beginning of the configuration gave the option to publish new reviews only after approval this step is very important where you find the new image of the application

I don't get the hype of this app at all. You can customize the reviews and the coloring so much more with Ali Reviews. Oh it's $20 cheaper a month.

The mobile version of this app is completely broken. They allow zero access to the HTML, CSS, or JS of the app which means that I can't fix what they have broken or customize anything. DO NOT buy the more expensive versions of this for the "Advanced Customization" features if what you want is control over the code because it will NOT give you that control. Overpriced and so not worth it.

you have to subscribe for the 59.99/month plan to remove the branding text "powered by loox", or it will stay on your site like a parasite, besides, after i removed this app, some code snippets still exist in my site to drag the site loading speed

Our new Growth plan offers a variety of additional features that help Loox merchants generate more sales and revenue that usually covers the cost for Loox a few times over. This includes removing the Loox branding, starting at only $34.99/month! Regarding the code lines you're still seeing - after an app is removed from a store, Shopify blocks all access to the theme for that app. This means that apps cannot remove the code they add once they are uninstalled. With that said we are more than happy to help you with this through our support team if you prefer not to change the code yourself. That being said, I can assure you that once Loox is removed from the store, our code is not loaded in the store and does not affect the site's loading speed. waited for few days to get your answer, they just deleted the ticket. Please just remove the 'We usually respond in a few hours' section. We regret upgrading ur service as 'pro'. Your customer service is actually the worsst out there.. It's horrible.

TERRIBLE.... I was so impressed using the app for 2 months but was disappointed completely because is very expensive for what is offered....the app didn't complete at all the expectations and what had promised....Also is dificult to set it up. Sorry

This app itself looks good, but it doesn't provide enough information on their pricing page. I just knew that I can only remove their branding logo on the enterprise plan. What a tragic! This app is definitely neither for the starting nor growing business owners. I am giving one star not because of it, but because of their incomplete information on their pricing page. I got tricked.

After installation i understood that you can't modify reviews, you cant more that one picture per review, and its very expensive. Si i uninstalled it, but now, i still have ALL the reviews on my store. I went to the code to delete some parts of the code, but WHEN i upload a clean new theme, i still have part of the code in this new theme, and the reviews are still here !!!!! big MESS UP !! Impossible to make a clean uninstall. This is a shame. Do not install

Generally speaking, after an app is removed from your store, Shopify blocks all access to your theme for that app. This means that apps cannot remove the code they add once they are uninstalled. With that said we are more than happy to help you with this through our support team if you prefer not to change the code yourself. From what you've described regarding the widgets still appearing - this sounds like it might've been related to your local browser's cached version of the page. When checking your live pages for an update to the page's code, we always recommend refreshing without using the cached version of the site by pressing Ctrl+F5 (on Mac: ⌘+R ).
