The worst support. They kept going back and forth for days without helping and then completely disappeared. We switched to AliReviews for all of our stores and much happier.

Don't get me wrong. This app is great and serves its purpose. The reason for giving such a bad rating is the lack of internationalization features. If you are taking advantage of Shopify markets to sell in different languages and currencies, Loox cannot be translated unless you use Weglot, an expensive translation app that injects lots of code into your store and host translated pages in their servers rather than Shopify's. After using Loox for quite sometime, we will need to switch back to Judge.me so our social proof can be translated via Shopify translation API rather than some extra app we don't really need. It is disheartening because we like the app, and it's a lot of work to switch back. I hope they consider fixing this.

Our Multilingual widgets do allow for the automatic translation of the widgets using Shopify Market. The Weglot integration is specific to the review content only. It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled. Optimised to make you pay for the expensive plan. Not user friendly. No full control. Please improve 1/5 stars. Willing to pay but for a service that value the money. Plenty of free low quality apps otherwise

É muito feio e não fica em lugares bons. Só tem 3 tipos de visualização, uma pior que a outra. Para colocar em local especifico tem que ficar colando código. Não gostei de cara, foi a pior impressão que eu já tive de um app de review. Prefiro 1000x o JUDGE.

While the reviews widgets alone consist of more than three widgets, Loox also offers Referrals and Upsell widgets to boost your conversion rates and revenue. You can learn about all of Loox's widgets here: https://help.loox.io/article/86-how-are-my-reviews-displayed ​​ As for adding the widgets, in most themes, adding and moving a widget is as easy as dragging the widget across your page within the Shopify theme editor. In some older themes, a code must be put in place, and our support team will always be happy to help you with this and with anything you might need! Terrible, I added it thinking I could import a bunch of reviews. I couldn't, then when I deleted it, the stars still showed up on my shopify product page, so I went into the code and deleted everything related to loox, and the stars were still there. Is this a glitch? I need help

Loox offers a seamless migration from previous apps and sources through our import template and one click importer for supported apps. I can see that you have already uninstalled Loox on your store. All Loox widgets should no longer be appearing on your store pages. Sometimes the widgets can appear to still load due to a stored cache available on your browser. UPDATE 08/08/2024 Loox app has suddenly stopped working. Support are not helpful in the slighest saying that it is my theme which is the issue however Loox has been running on this version of my theme for years now.

I can no longer enter the application if I do not subscribe to the superior plan, even if they charge me $14.99 every month !!! it's a forced sale! very disappointing! Do not use this app, you will be the next victim.

Make sure you read the fine print.. Their plans are sneaky and you'll end up paying basically 0.10$ per email sent out. Can easily set this up in Klayvio for 1/10th of the price. Better review apps out there for a fraction of the cost 1/5

Tried to upload reviews but would not go through more than 20. Upgraded second tier with 30USD still couldn't. Images could not be uploaded as well. Emailed them many times and no support reaching out.

Generally speaking, Loox allows you to import an unlimited number of reviews into your store. The only limit is the number of reviews you can import from any specific AliExpress product page. On the Beginner plan, Loox will scan the first 20 reviews that match your filters. Our higher plans, however, will scan the first 100 reviews that match your filters. Just to clarify, this means that you can import as many reviews as you want to each of your Shopify product pages. The only limit is that on each AliExpress product page you import from, you are able to scan the first 20 or 100. Although your import process didn’t work as you had expected, our support team offers 24/7 support and is available to help all of our merchants from all around the world, and we can guarantee that all inquiries will be answered within 24 hours. With that in mind, it seems that we had tried to respond to both of your emails, but it seems that our response was bouncing and couldn’t be received. I also tried to reached out to your email privately once again so we could try and help with importing your Loox reviews. Unfortunately, this email bounced again. Could you please reach out to our Support team using a different email address? We would be happy to assist you with our AliExpress importer.

Fiz a contratação do pacote de $9.99 por mes assim que passasse os 14 dias, só que no aplicativo da shopify está mostrando o segundo plano do qual não contratei$34.99 USD. favor corrigir isso . caso contrário terei que cancelar o serviço antes de começar a usa-lo. Generally speaking, Loox offers various plans to accommodate stores of all sizes and budgets. From just stores starting out all the way to tens of thousands of orders a month. According to Shopify's own terms and policies, a third-party app cannot choose a merchant's app subscription plan, as Shopify requires explicit merchant consent when choosing an app's subscription plan. Generally speaking, Loox provides its merchants with the option to translate all of its front-facing widgets and emails into one out of 19 different languages. The chosen language will adjust the default text for all Loox widgets implemented on your store's pages and customer-facing emails. You can choose your preferred language directly from your Loox admin. We also currently offer a Weglot integration to translate your customers' reviews showcased on your store's widgets.
