I want to thank Nadz for her assistance. Because of her patience and kindness, I decided to get on the paid subscription. I also would like to thank Ozzie too for his assistance. By the time, I chatted with him, I was quite frazzled. His advice was contrary to others I had chatted with. I even told him so, but he said that this was the way to do it. I had nothing to lose, so I tried it, and it worked. It was very simple to do too. I was in shock. So, thanks to Natz and Ozzie for all that you do. Let MailChimp know that you two definitely deserve a raise...thanks again...highly appreciated.
Customer support with Mailchimp is comprehensive and easy using their chat feature. I had an issue connecting my Shopify store and my assistant Marz was supremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. Even when we got disconnected, by simply typing their name into the chat I was immediately reconnected and didn't have to explain my issue again to another agent. While it took some time, Marz stuck with me the whole time, and made the process less confusing. Won't hesitate to reach out for support in the future.

Mai gave great customer support when I had a automation flow problem. She was able to fix the issue but after leaving the chat and adding a new field to the form, the automation failed again and two subsequent support staff were not able to fix the problem. I was told the matter would be escalated but I've heard nothing and its been 24 hours. I am leaving Mailchimp, spent too many hours formatting emails and it has come to this. Not happy.
Nadz was so awesome to work with! We got disconnected three times and she was there to pick our conversation right back up. I was able to get my shopify store pop-up successfully added to my site. Thank you Nadz for your patience!

My experience with MARZ today was wonderful. I tried to update my shop integration and got lost. Marz was so chill and explained things very simply & clearly and got me through it.
