Worked with Dean on several issues that we needed clarification and training on. Dean was very helpful and extremely patient as we worked through the issues. Thanks Dean! I hope if I need help again I am fortunate to get Dean again as my tech!!

Could never get any help. Despite 2 "onboarding" calls (one of which I was told to call tech support for an emaill??? not!) They charged me 4 times for 4 different things, despite repeated emails, uninstalling the app and deleting it. NO ONE listened to the actual issue (which wasn't technical) and they won't delete the charges. So I'm notifying my Attorney General... Maybe now you'll pay attention???????

Rhedd responded in quick time and advised on the solution to fix our problem (mapping shopify customer COUNTRY field to mailchimps audience COUNTRY field). and with a lovely manner as well. kudos.
