Really nice and helpful customer support. Problem couldn't be solved but they tried to help all the way and forwarded issue to dev support team after all steps they could do were done.

A great app and a lot of useful documentation helped us keep our mailing audiences alive across a major change in our e-commerce platform. As well, had a pleasant experience while working with Mailchimps online support (thx Rhedd for helping me resolve a synch problem).
