Had some issues syncing updated customer info, but Cyrus from customer support helped me out, and everything is syncing up as intended right now. Customer service was pleasant and helpful.

The company is too big - all fake accounts - very poor service - nothing is honest or transparent - Yes - you have reached out - but still have no answer and are blaming Shoptify -
