The customer support or especially "TROY" was great he helped me set up my account, with which I had a small problem literally small - sometimes you just don't see those things - and he helped me set it up. The app is great since ive had previous experiences with mailchimp but not directly with shopify - looking forward to it. Thank you Troy.

I got help from Mary when I had issues with tag syncing. Even though the issue was just due to a delay in syncing and resolved itself, she was very patient and walked me through the process all the way through. Great support!

SEPH was very helpful and helped me solve an ongoing problem I've been trying to figure out for awhile. Previous attempts to get help through chat and email did not work. Thank you so much to SEPH for doing a great job and solving my problem!

Cyrus from customer support is a gem! He helped me figure out the connection issue I was having and went above and beyond — even followed up by email after we got disconnected. 100% recommend downloading the app!

really poor app. does not pull new subscribers from shopify to mailchimp account - really bad waste of money and so much time

Having an issue currently, but the Seph from the support team was very responsive over live chat. It was easy to set up. Hopefully we'll get the outstanding part resolved quickly.

Really nice and helpful customer support. Problem couldn't be solved but they tried to help all the way and forwarded issue to dev support team after all steps they could do were done.
