Could never get any help. Despite 2 "onboarding" calls (one of which I was told to call tech support for an emaill??? not!) They charged me 4 times for 4 different things, despite repeated emails, uninstalling the app and deleting it. NO ONE listened to the actual issue (which wasn't technical) and they won't delete the charges. So I'm notifying my Attorney General... Maybe now you'll pay attention???????

Rhedd responded in quick time and advised on the solution to fix our problem (mapping shopify customer COUNTRY field to mailchimps audience COUNTRY field). and with a lovely manner as well. kudos.

I was facing Integration issue, where the data was not syncing correctly. Seph quickly understood the problem, guided me through the troubleshooting steps, and ensured the issue was resolved efficiently.

Aaron was so helpful and professional! I needed help syncing to Shopify. Aaron was kind and gave clear directions.
