Rafael was very helpful, he helped me solve my problem (audience sync, etc) and guided every step. I felt accompanied and the advice he gave worked and solved my issue. I really appreciate his support because unlike others, he really was able to trouble shoot and guide me int he right direction. when we the chat was disconnected he immediately connected back, which made it all easier and i'm really happy with the support Rafael provided me. THANK YOU!

I love the integration, it makes emailing easier and less time consuming. I love the product recommendations, however I did have issues with it pulling archived and drafted products once or twice. When I reached out to MailChimp they were helpful and seemed to very much want to fix these issues. Although a few things need to be fixed here and there, this emailer is the best one I have used so far. I love the analytics and overall ability to improve every email.
