Customer service is Great. We had a small hiccup and Dean helped us out. It was simple, clear and quick .

Dean has been amazing on the support team! Super fast response time and he's helped me solve some bugs and problems we were having with syncing issues.
Dean was not able to solve my problem, because it's probably not actually a Mailchimp thing after all, but he was persistent in trying, even after I accidentally disconnected the chat twice!
