Overall the app has pretty much everything you need, but I do find that there are times where I'm not able to accomplish what I need to. In terms of customer service, it's great! David was very nice and responsive and was able to give me answers very quick.

UI could be more intuitive. David was great help in navigating me through it though.

Integration was easy and quick. App is also easy to use. LORI provided quick answers to all my questions and helped me find solutions to my problems.
