We needed help troubleshooting and we connected to a live person named JOANNE who was incredibly helpful. The A.I.-powered instructions for troubleshooting are not bad, and can be very thorough—but sometimes you just need a "Joanne," ha, and I got one! Yay! Thank you for helping us to figure out how to make the email popup the best that it could be.

Crazy expensive. No way to remove credit card information after they slap you with their hefty price tag. Most annoying picture captcha when logging in.
