Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

Dean did a great job supporting me through live chat on the MailChimp <> Shopify app. We uncovered a bug that's need further escalation to development, and he did a great job setting expectations on next steps and gathering all of the details needed to escalate. Hopefully the dev team can come through swiftly with a solution, but great work from Dean either way!

The support (Lance) is very helpful

Working the app was a little tricky as there were some integration issues, however Sean in support was brilliant - 5 full stars to him!

Easy installation although a bug of some sort prevented embedding app into Shopify theme initially. Lance with support was super helpful in working through this and issue was resolved same-day. Too early to evaluate the plugin as we just installed it but appreciate the help getting over the hurdle.
