Rafael was really helpful and solved my problem immediately! I had an issue with Contact syncing and very happy with how Rafael handled the issue.

I had some confusing connection issues, and I was helped by TROY through the chat service. He was so helpful and patient with me. We had to try a number of troubleshooting options, but we got there in the end and I am very grateful for his help. Thank you Troy!

Cyrus was able to help me multiple time, reconnecting with our chat even when I was disconnected. The issue was actually caused by me when setting up my account, but no worries, Mailchimp integration helped me from start to finish, honestly flawless customer service, super knowledgeable and patient.

Technical difficulties getting my Shopify and Mailchimp re-integrated, but Lori, had great customer service and was a huge help in getting the problem solved.
