It historically imported a bunch of old orders without any confirmation or clicking anywhere Caused a lot of double orders. Support just says "thats intendeded, how about you go fix 600 orders manually from both Shopify and your accounting system" No compensation no nothing. Total lack of care for merchants.

It is free of charge up to 50 orders per month and capped at $99 USD. Why doesn't Target Plus support multiple images per variant? Currently, only the main image is correct for each variant, while the other images are all jumbled up...

Interface is all over the place, but came here because in trying to transfer products, it wiped out all of my secondary images on all of my listings. ....luckily I have a backup for the 4000+ listings on my shop, but this is wildly underbaked as a product
Does not connect easily
This app is complete trash! it doesnt work at all! Some products are imported to Amazon some are not ... nobody can tell why this is. The only thing you hear is, that you should delete the listings and try to import the products again. Soo frustrating to work with bad apps like that!!! Also, this app is self-service only. So, if you have a problem nobody is willing to take some time to resolve the issue ... I tried to make the Amazon import work for a 1 1/2 month now ... without success!
not user friendly very little integrations and very little control
Steals your money for orders from amazon that are not even connected. if you do any decent business with amazon they are going to charge you 1% of all your orders
Thanks for your feedback, We will only charge for listings that are managed by the Marketplace Connect app. You can have up to 50 free orders per month, once you surpass this we will charge 1% of all order sales capped at $99 per month. Nikki
Etsy connection does not work at all.
Thanks for your feedback, We are aware of the changes that Etsy has recently made, this unfortunately has forced us to stop all new connections with Etsy. Only existing merchants with Etsy can continue at this time. Nikki

I was very unhappy with the customer service. The agent was unable to solve the problem and left the chat by forwarding the email contact of their superior agent. I have to uninstall this app after unsuccessful attempts since the last week.
I heavily relied on the app, and then, out of nowhere, from one day to the other, they discontinued their support for etsy. Just like that, no warning in advance, no notice, just an error message when syncing new listings. After wasting hours of research, I finaly found out, they want "to spend their efforts on other platform". -> do NOT rely on the app nor the team behind it!
Thanks for your feedback, Etsy recently changed their shipping partners, which has affected order data for new merchants wanting to connect with Etsy. Sadly, this change was beyond our control and cannot be resolved moving forward. As a result, the Etsy integration has been removed from Marketplace Connect. Consistently crap, start to finish. Now Etsy isn't supported? "Etsy has changed so we don't have the ability..." "Anyway talk to a 3rd party app they can still do it." MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Every listing, i had to talk to support. I had to reupload every listing, every new agent i had to explain exactly what had previously happened and still couldn't take my word for it, prolonging issues. I left my emails when live agents were not available over 7 times with issues, I got a response 1 time via email. Why is it the 1 thing we could get for free from shopify is now closing, pushing us towards 3rd party apps that I'm guess they get a cut of the profits...
Thanks for your feedback, Due to Etsy's recent change to their shipping partners, which has affected order data for new merchants wanting to connect with Etsy. This has led to the removal of Etsy from Marketplace Connect, this is not without attempts to resolve. CAREFUL! It doesnt only charge after 50 orders! It adds fees to your Shopify bill even for revenue that has nothing to do with the app!
Great concept but fails to deliver. - Walmart marketplace connection disconnects every few days and I need to manually re-establish the connection for orders to get imported. - Etsy connection does not work anymore. @Shopify team, you have the best e-commerce, and we want to work with you. Why don't you make it easier for us? Please, charge a fee if you need to, but get it done!
The app does not import pending orders from Amazon anymore. Support team says it's because Amazon changed the way they process orders and therefore, the app cannot import the orders until they are confirmed by Amazon. However, it should be possible, as the option to import pending orders from Amazon is still available on the app. We kindly request the development team to work on making this function available again, as it is possible to sync the pending orders (there other apps currently doing it). The app is good, but the support team is not helpful and the fact that it has an available option to choose from that does not work, makes the app not worthy, unfortunately.

This app is an absolute disgrace. Since the beginning of October, the Etsy connection is no longer supported, and nobody can give me any help or solutions. I was left completely in the dark – no warning, no notification, no email. Just cut off without any explanation. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for users. Honestly, even 1 star is far too generous.
This app no longer supports Etsy. Support tells me to adjust settings that do not exist. Etsy has been removed as a supported connection. Update....Ian from support said ..... "Thanks for confirming. Work is on the way to get the readiness_state_id implemented. Our dev team should release it soon. I'll let you know right away when it does."
The purpose of a PLUG IN is to make life easier. This plugin does not update Global setting from one place, you have to manually update by Bulk Edit. With 4000+ products not helpful. When the Google /Shopify Category is mapped in Shopify ( a bit of work in itself) I now learn that their app needs me to manually insert a eBay category ID because "eBay has retired the APIs we were using to support eBay auto categorization. As such, it is now necessary to select a category when listing your products. When it comes to mapping the category, eBay only accepts a category ID for the listings, so I suggest reaching out to eBay to map the approved IDs to your products. " (So I am meant to contact eBay and redo 250 categories for 4400 products, no thanks) Does NOT make LIFE easy, does not matter the cost if it adds work to my effort rather than reduces it.
they deleted all the images from my ebay and deli-sited my entire store. Thousands of images gone. I immediately messaged support and have not received a response in over a week. Top rated seller and my stores progression and status have been impacted. Terrible UI and customer support
