Okendo Reviews is a great platform. Easy and intuitive to use. Highly integrated into Shopify. Great onboarding experience with Garrett. Seemless start, and we're off to the review races.

I am not the most techy so all these new platforms can be daunting. I find the Okendo app mostly user friendly--but any time I get stuck, the customer service team works very hard to fix the issue or help me move things forward. They are quick, easy and fun to work with.

Okendo is great - has a heap of functionality and customisation. And the developers are incredibly helpful. I needed a bit of assistance which was done quickly and just as I asked. Great app!

The Okendo app works flawlessly and their customer service and customer success team is outstanding. Laura G. reached out to me when she noticed we weren't taking advantage of all of the features of our account and gave me simple, step-by-step instructions to get them set up in a matter of minutes!

Aside from Henry not knowing my correct zodiac sign (he guessed I was a Cancer, but I'm a Leo), he was everything you'd wish for in an Customer Success Specialist! He outlined clear step by step instructions about how to implement the NPS survey. Looking forward to our next steps and completing this task.

We’re currently building our store and have started using Okendo. The platform looks promising and super intuitive. Big shout-out to the support team, specially Paulo — friendly, and incredibly helpful for quizzes and reviews setup issues. Looking forward to launching with Okendo on board!

Don't bother. There are far better apps out there. Okendo has developed such a convoluted app that simple features requires support for help, file uploads encounter constant errors, and reviews don't display. They then asked for account access to help fix it, but they didn't fix it. To make their app work they edit your theme and you have to republish your entire store. I mean, seriously.

Karen Vargas and the team made the process exquisite! I love the ease of use and quick changes that can be made on the website. The integration was basically seamless. The team at Okendo took alot of my migration from a different platform in their own hands and rocked it. I am excited to continue to grow my loyalty and review program!

Okendo is easy to use and has a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization and configuration of the UI. I appreciate that Okendo consistently adds features to the platform in order to continue to add value for merchants which in turn adds value for our customers.
