Issues not resolved but when we create a ticket they create more issues on the frontend in live website
Hi RC Mumbai, please contact support and we'll work to fully resolve this for you. Sometimes themes interactive negatievly with our preorder button and it is out of our control, but we will always provide free dev support to fix this and get it working correctly. I apologise if it created a frontend issue. Thank you.

Soo many issue, need to talk with the developer all the time. Every time they fix on problem they create a new problem. I have been waiting 2 weeks on help with setting up "Coming soon" and notification sign-up with new orders. I am still a user but strongly considering finding a new app.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the issue took longer to resolve as this is pertaining to a customize theme therefore the standard app-blocks does not work. With your feedback, we had made enhancements to the app so that the app-blocks can work better with customized themes. Therefore we would like to thank you for that.

More items were sold out than what I had originally configured in the settings. Essentially, the system continued to allow sales of out-of-stock items indefinitely, despite my specific allocation of quantities for each product intended for pre-orders. Consequently, I'm dealing with numerous upset customers who are unable to receive the products they ordered.

Having lots of issues! We have items on preorder and it won't state that, doesn't add the tag or tell customer Now we are left having to send a lot of refunds and having unhappy customers... still waiting for an update from them UPDATE : preorder still having so many issues after they "fixed it" half the time it works, and then it doesn't every unreliable app.

The button installed but then wouldn't move where I wanted it - Tried to get help and no response - uninstalled. Hoping I now get my money back I paid upfront.

Using the link provided in-app and also stated in the onboarding email, scheduled a free and unlimited 1-on-1 session with our onboarding team. 3. Self-help FAQ that could be found in-app, in the onboarding email and also the chat widget itself. We had also sent an email to you but had yet to hear back. This app messed up my store. All my product images disappeared immediately after installing. I asked for support and they said their developper will fix it for me. I waited for 2 days they never fixed it then blamed my browser for it not working while insisting that it's showing on their side... big waste of time and additional stress in an already stressful time. Avoid!

Here are a few factors why we conclude that this could be a browser cache issue: - We had tested it on several devices in multiple geographical locations and the images are showing. We had sent screengrabs to confirm our findings. - You mentioned that it images are showing on your mobile but not on the same laptop that you reported the images were missing. - Images are still found in the Shopify Admin > Products page and it is not removed. To further confirm our findings, you can load your store on a fresh laptop/desktop to see if the image is loading. We can confirm that our app will not remove images from a store.

Already uninstalled the app, but there are so many leftovers in my shop theme code, not recommended.

As mentioned in our uninstallation guide (which you can refer from our Products and Dashboard page), you are required to select the Uninstall button before uninstalling the app from Shopify dashboard. This is a well documented issue: https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apis-and-sdks/leaving-code-in-the-theme-after-uninstalling-the-app/td-p/636805 Even Shopify recommends reaching out to app developers directly in this post: https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-design/how-to-remove-the-code-left-by-the-deleted-app-in-the-code-file/td-p/1283797 The reason for this is because Shopify does not allow our app to remove any scripts as part of the uninstallation process and could only be done at the app side. Please grant us access and we will remove it for you.

Be very careful. When you have finished needing this service, this app tricks you into thinking you have uninstalled it, and therefore won't be charged, but doesn't make it clear that until you have actually DELETED the app, you will still be charged.
Please note that all Shopify apps will stop charging once you had uninstall the app from the Apps Settings page. We use the Shopify Charge API which strictly follows the 30-day charge. You can learn more about it here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps It is not possible to trick anyone into believing the app is uninstalled because Shopify is very strict in their audit. The "Contact Support" button is directly next to the "Rate This App" and only one button works... which is "Rate This App". So I am rating product 1 star as I they don't have an easy way to contact support.

Update 11/8/2022: We had made several attempts to contact you via phone and emails but there was no response from either mode of contact.

Unresponsive and some generic "all works for us" " is it network problems" type response when contacting support. Have to regression test all functions in shopify it seems as it not really clear what this app left behind.... When signing out of the app after uninstall I got a "sorry to leave you mail. Even the link in the email does not work.... and the email states: "we are working hard to improve our app".... text from the supplier "P/S: If you had uninstalled the Pre-Order Manager app directly from the Shopify Admin panel without following this guide, please contact us (by replying to this email) to have the codes removed." If you love problems, regression testing, sloppy functions, unresponsiveness, generic customer service answers and as a bonues an uninstall that requires code change this is for sure the app for you. ..... If someone could give a good alternative to this App where you can control pre order on collection level it would be great to have some experiences shared.

To give some clarity on this issue let me share what you had asked in your email: "We have just installed the Pre-Order Manager and it is insanely slow to respond when trying to configure it. Is this normal behaviour or do you have some sort of problem. Please get back to me as I will have to know if this an app to continue working with.." We replied within 2 minutes the following message in which we try to understand your problem more: "Slow response of the app is not an expected behavior and have not found any similar report. I also tested the app on my end and everything is working properly. How much delay are you experiencing? If could be an outside source like internet or connection traffic." It is unfortunate that you decided to leave this review before providing us the information that we had asked for. This apps support does not work even on a paid subscription and the preorder button just hangs and doesnt actually work

This app destroyed my site. I've been on shopify since approx 2017. I've been growing my business throughout the pandemic and have great success reading these reviews and making good decisions with apps. I read the reviews, felt confident with this app and it's destroyed my site. I have nudey girl pop ups on my site, malware is flagging my site as malicious and my sales are suffering. I had to contact Shopify, the theme designer and AMAI to get it resolved. I deleted the app, according to AMAI's four step process and its still left corrupted code on my site. My site is still throwing up pop ups and being marked as spam. Shopify can't help me. The theme designer said there is definitely bad code and AMAI said they fixed it but it's still bad. If you want your themes' code destroyed forever.....try this app. Horrible!!
You had made FALSE ACCUSATIONS that we will not take lightly. . Our app will not install malicious codes into anyone's store. Please note that in order to be listed, our apps are required to pass regular audit checks by Shopify. If our apps were to be found with malicious codes, we would had been delisted. Up until now you couldn't show any evidence or proof that our app inserted any malicious code into your site and yet you decided to to make wild accusations which borderlines on defamation.

Uninstalled the app and it left behind code and there is no way to remove it. So now I have to hire someone to go in and remove it.
Thank you for the feedback. Please note that this is standard Shopify behavior where the codes of the apps are not remove automatically if you uninstall the app via Admin Panel. This is a widely known issue. You may read all about it here: https://community.shopify.com/c/Shopify-Discussion/App-Residual-Code-After-Uninstallation-Ever-Caused-Trouble-for/td-p/664489 That is why we had included the is a "Uninstall" button in app and also a note in-app providing you the instructions on how to uninstall the app. In addition, you may contact our customer support anytime to remove the codes manually and there is no need to hire someone else to remove it as they might not know the codes that were added into the themes.

Settings don't save, and when we launched with pre-order option - we weren't able to convert sales because the app didn't work. We submitted many support messages and even upgraded further to the premium paying level and weren't able to resolve the issue still.

In regards to this issue, we had received your inquiry at 12.40pm and responded within 2 hours. As this requires escalation to our developer, we need more time to look into your issue.

Don't use this app !! After uninstalling the app, the add to cart button is not working, we lose a lot of traffic and conversion, and nobody from the development team resolves the problem We are still waiting for the customer service response but it looks like they don't know what to do in this case.
UPDATE 23/02: As mentioned in our email and also as explained to Shopify, the issue was not caused by our app. As explained, the codes in your theme before installation and after uninstallation of the app is exactly the same.

The app was great, but with some bugs. The support team connected via a Collaborator account and broke the collection pages by inserting a script that was running on an infinite loop, probably a bad attempt to show the Pre-order button on the collection pages.
