We are amazed by this app! The level of customer service provided is truly exceptional - the response time is impressively swift. I am not satisfied with this product at all. Since installing, we've just had problems. The biggest one was selling too many products and having to cancel some orders. The system just is not user-friendly and super hard to use if you have multiple variants. Errors occur way too easily. The support is somewhat helpful (hence the two stars) but otherwise I cannot recommend and will cancel my subscription and look for a better product.

Hello, I just install the app, and works really well. I had some issues setting things up, and customer service, they help me with everything, they were sending me emails after, asking if everything was working. Really happy so far.

Update 19/6/2023: We had sent several follow-up emails since 12 June 2023. We had tried several times to contact you via phone but we only manage to reach the voice mail. Upon checking, Shopify had uninstalled the app on 12th June while Shopify bills you on the 10th June. We had since refunded that amount and had already sent you the refund details via email.

The application installs numerous components that you haven't requested, and it takes an excessive amount of time to resolve the issue when you inform them about your refusal of the unwanted installations on your site. These components, such as non-removable widgets, cannot be removed and your "add to cart" button have a big delay when customers access your site. Even when uninstalling the application as instructed, all the widgets reappear, and they use (yet again) a substantial amount of time to remove them once again.
Thank you for your review. To clarify, the widget that you mention is a ReCaptcha. As our app has Notify Me and email capturing features it has to be installed along with the app to prevent spams. Thanks to your feedback, the ReCaptcha will now only be turned on when Notify Me is enabled. As for uninstallation, sometimes the codes will not be cleanly removed for some themes. That is why in our FAQ we stated to contact support for the removal. This app messed up my store. All my product images disappeared immediately after installing. I asked for support and they said their developper will fix it for me. I waited for 2 days they never fixed it then blamed my browser for it not working while insisting that it's showing on their side... big waste of time and additional stress in an already stressful time. Avoid!

Here are a few factors why we conclude that this could be a browser cache issue: - We had tested it on several devices in multiple geographical locations and the images are showing. We had sent screengrabs to confirm our findings. - You mentioned that it images are showing on your mobile but not on the same laptop that you reported the images were missing. - Images are still found in the Shopify Admin > Products page and it is not removed. To further confirm our findings, you can load your store on a fresh laptop/desktop to see if the image is loading. We can confirm that our app will not remove images from a store.

This app slowed my product pages down and forced my products into a bunch of collections and tags I didn't want. The app claims to uninstall all of its code, but it leaves your product pages slow even after uninstalling and deleting.
Thank you for leaving us as review. Our app is speed optimized and does not slow stores down. It is tested and used by multiple stores of different sizes with no experience of slowness. We are happy to assist you to look into this issue you are having and identify what are the root causes of the slow loading time. Based on your install logs provided by Shopify, you installed the app at 8.49am (UTC) and uninstall it at 9.00am (UTC). During this time there was no support request and we were unable to assist you in looking into the issues you are having.
