The button installed but then wouldn't move where I wanted it - Tried to get help and no response - uninstalled. Hoping I now get my money back I paid upfront.

Unclear how it works and I want to cancel my trial, but there is no option unfortunately.
Thank you for your feedback. If you are unclear how it works, there are several ways to do so. 1. Contact us via chat in-app. 2. Using the link provided in-app and also stated in the onboarding email, scheduled a free and unlimited 1-on-1 session with our onboarding team. 3. Self-help FAQ that could be found in-app, in the onboarding email and also the chat widget itself. We had also sent an email to you but had yet to hear back. As mentioned in our self-help FAQ you can cancel the subscription by uninstalling the app. You can read more here: https://help.amai.com/en/articles/5806598-how-do-i-unsubscribed-from-the-pre-order-manager If you need help uninstalling, please contact our team at [email protected]. reply to the email we had contacted you with or simply use the in-app chat widget as we can assist you accordingly. App has been great so far, UI is easier to understand over most apps on the Shopify store. And the support team are responsive and quick to fulfill any requests you have with modifying the assets to your needs. Cannot Recommend enough!

Awesome app with awesome customer service. I have been using the app for years now and no complaints whatsoever. Whenever there's a glitch, customer service resolves the problem immediately. Five stars!

Expensive for what it is. When I uninstalled it, it sent notifications to my customers without me knowing! Brutal.
Thank you for your feedback. We had checked our outgoing email logs, the last email sent was 30 August 2023 19:09:59 (UTC). Based on Shopify's uninstall logs, you had uninstalled from the admin panel at 30 August 2023 19:22:00 (UTC). There are no further email sent after the uninstallation. If you have a copy of the sent email, please send it to us at [email protected]. Please note that once the app is removed at the Shopify Admin > Apps, our app will no longer have any access to send emails. However, we would hope you can send us a copy of the email so we can further check on this.

I am not satisfied with this product at all. Since installing, we've just had problems. The biggest one was selling too many products and having to cancel some orders. The system just is not user-friendly and super hard to use if you have multiple variants. Errors occur way too easily. The support is somewhat helpful (hence the two stars) but otherwise I cannot recommend and will cancel my subscription and look for a better product.

Hello, I just install the app, and works really well. I had some issues setting things up, and customer service, they help me with everything, they were sending me emails after, asking if everything was working. Really happy so far.

Extremely happy with this app! Their customer service is awesome -- very quick response time. We've been using this app for a couple of years now, and it has really helped our sales. Seems like there are so many features they offer that we still need to explore!

This app messed up my store. All my product images disappeared immediately after installing. I asked for support and they said their developper will fix it for me. I waited for 2 days they never fixed it then blamed my browser for it not working while insisting that it's showing on their side... big waste of time and additional stress in an already stressful time. Avoid!
Thank you for your review. Here are a few factors why we conclude that this could be a browser cache issue: - We had tested it on several devices in multiple geographical locations and the images are showing. We had sent screengrabs to confirm our findings. - You mentioned that it images are showing on your mobile but not on the same laptop that you reported the images were missing. - Images are still found in the Shopify Admin > Products page and it is not removed. To further confirm our findings, you can load your store on a fresh laptop/desktop to see if the image is loading. We can confirm that our app will not remove images from a store.

90% positive experience with this app! Definitely the best on the app store. Bugs sometimes, but usually a simple fix.
