I've had an open ticket since May 3rd. Support has been friendly, but slow. I'll get an email asking me to click a link to see if that works, try it, reply still getting 404 error page. Next day, get a message telling me they have confirmed I have permission to view the page, try it again. Next day, please clear your cache and cookies and try this link. Clearly the link in the code is broken, or the app itself is broken.

The app is showing a 404 message and is not opening. I tried downloading it multiple times but nothing seems to be working

When looking into these 404 issues, they usually end up being the result of a cookies setting issue with the browser you're using to login to Shopify. Product Reviews requires cookies to be enabled in order for it to load as expected. You can confirm that this is a cookies issue by using a different browser to login to your Shopify store, and to open the application. If you're using a private viewing or incognito browser, you'll need to stop using this type of window to login to your store, as this causes Product Reviews not to work, because these windows block cookies. The method used to enable cookies is different for all browsers. If you're using Google Chrome, you can try the following steps: (Chrome menu > settings > privacy and security > cookies and other site data). The steps for checking your cookies settings for other browsers can also be found via a quick Google search. Shows Error 404 code and nothing. Useless. It's been doing that for months now :( I cannot get it to work and I've had customers enquire about where to leave a review and this didn't do the job. Is it another case of only works in US/Canada and not compliant with UK, as this keeps happening. Shopify is an excellent website builder but this app is sadly a let down and causes hold ups, I'm now searching for a suitable review app that doesn't charge the earth, business owners dely on time saving professional services to help business flow. This is not one of those experiences sadly

404 Error. Can not access the app. Do you know what is going on? I read some of the other reviews and people seem to have the same issues (404)

Hello, I just installed the app, and when I try to open it, it gives me a 404 Error. Is this an issue with my Chrome browser?

I keep getting a 404 error and have switched from chrome to safari and I have cleared my browser and this should be really easy but it is not. I NEED my reviews to work for my business.frustrating.

I tried using the app to install reviews for my products on my website. Unfortunately, I kept getting 404 messages and didn't want to find and install another review app. Hopefully, this issue will be fixed!

What happened?? Yesterday it worked fine, today it's not possible to open the app anymore - 404 Error???

This app don't work, there is a 404 error when I try to open it. What to do ? Can devs do something ?

Can someone please help me to import my reviews to my new template? I saved it as CSV and tried a number of times but it just doesn’t work.

Instructions for CSV formatting are basic and there is no FAQ for common issues or a troubleshooting guide. Shopify CS seems to be mystified by the fact that there could be issues and are not helpful, just time-consuming with no real outcome.

updated may 03, 2022 APP ONLY WORKS ON OUR iPad within the shopify app - NOT ON WINDOWS No matter which computer, no matter wich Windows 10, 11 or the ancient Win 7, no matter which browser Mozilla, Chrome, Edge even with deleted cache and cookies. Once again the app doesn't work. An annoyance for months. After a short time, after several reinstallations, it worked again, but now it suddenly stopped working again. Again the error message as mentioned below Not really usable on Windows. old comment: I've been getting the following error message when I open the app: "An unexpected error occurred. Try refreshing this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn't work, visit our status page for updates and try again later." Reinstalling several times didn't help either. Please check!!

Shopify customer service is horrible. I can't believe a company this large with so many customers won't take support calls...

Once the results generate, scroll down the page and select the 'Contact Us' button that appears. From there, select your desired support option, in this case being the 'Callback' option, and you'll be able to provide us with contact info so we can quickly call you and get in touch. No access to reviews or for customers to provide new reviews and no way to get support. It suddenly dropped off a few months ago and I can't seem to get it enabled again. Super disappointed as I had a lot of great reviews left on my site.

404 error - even after updating to latest Chrome version. Do not know what more I could say. It is not even usable.

No access to reviews. For months now just keep getting 404 error message. I have followed all instructions from customer support and still won't works. I have tried many times but still the same error message. I see ALOT of other unhappy customers on here have he exact problem.

App was working great for years, but lately I cannot access reviews. We continue to get 404 error message with zero support for fixing the problem.

JSON-LD this app produces is wrong. There is a low and high price generated which is inaccurate. For example, on one of the items, when the price is AED 375, it shows high and low of AED 375 as follows. Further, there is no way to change the JSON-LD. I can change the json-ld-product.liquid to change the product Json but there is no file for reviews "offers": { "@type": "AggregateOffer", "lowPrice": "385.0", "highPrice": "385.0", "priceCurrency": "AED"
