I use the app to automate my returns process. The customer service was extremely helpful. This is one part of my store that it is automated and let's me focus on soemthign else.

Easy to use, no complaints from customers, and quick support. Helps the business run its own returns center without much prior experience to doing that. Love it!

Support was quite good, app provide exchange(replacement) refund and store credit option which are worthy to us.

Extremely buggy! Will not open no matter how many different computers, different internet explorers, Chromes, different cell phones you use. You cannot access it from Shopify app, shopify desktop either! You get a return alert but you cannot access it. This is made by a rag tag cheap overseas company with huge time difference. This is not ready for prime time and if you want your business to suffer, install it. Very bad customer service as well

So far so good, fixes a gaping hole in Shopify where there should be return/exchange protocol. Seems to work flawlessly so far!

I can't setup the Hero image or create a custom return page URL. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any assistance. My 14 day trial is over and I will be looking for another app to install.

Great app so far. Free and makes the website feel professional. Love it. Thank you. Very easy to download install and customize myself. I am not a web programmer.

Is it just us or the customer support just doesn't exist with this app? Thankfully we found out how bad the support is whilst trialing. Deleting it and never looking this way again.
