This app is a much better upgrade compared to the previous loyalty app I had before. Their pricing is much more competitive with all the features given! And reaching their support team is so much easier and faster. Arianne was quick to answer all my questions and offered to implement other fixes to help improve my widget without me even asking. Don't wait to switch over or purchase this app, it's one of the best

So far, so good. It's my first day with this app and, as you probably know, new widget setup is always a "thing". Thankfully Bryan made my experience really easy. When I needed help or had a question Bryan responded almost immediately. Bonus points for following us on social media after **actually** looking at our profile–meant a lot in the moment.

Just installed this app. Chatted to Jel from support who walked me through the app and helped me find the free plan. For a small business like ours, it it refreshing that developers offer free plans so we can get started and build our business with some meaningful apps. Hopefully we'll be needing you paid plans sooner rather than later. Cheers.

We've been looking for a Rewards and loyalty Program app for quite some time now. Rivo is the clear winner. Arianne was fantastic to chat with and answered any questions I had. This app is legit. Super easy to navigate and a ton of customization. Still learning as we go but the support team, Abbie specifically, has been incredibly helpful, responsive and overall amazing. I highly recommend if you guys are looking for a solid loyalty referral program app for your business!

New to the app but it is great so far. Easy to integrate and I'm excited to offer this program to my clients. My only confusion is that under Ways to Earn there are items listed, some say Upgrade to Unlock but the ones that do not say that are still not usable. Doesn't make sense. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Very genuine, helpful support. Thanks Pete!

We just tried to trial this product for our new website however we experienced some very deceptive and conduct through the sales funnel. It did not give us the option to select the free plan or trial at all (only a discount of the available paid offers), and tried to gain access to our website before even selecting what plan we would like. Funnily enough the free plan or free trial was not even an option. This is disgusting and misleading behaviour, and needless to say we will not be considering Rivo products again in future. Do better Rivo.
