I have been using this app for about a year now - everything is great! I recently updated the Shopify theme and needed support to solve a small problem with the page display. Paul from support completely helped to solve this issue and I was absolutely satisfied with the support. Thank you!

We're using Rivo Loyalty for quite some time now and the experience has been amazing so far. It was easy to set it up and if any questions or issues occured, Jel and Dan were able to fix it within minutes. Our customers are very happy with this module and its benefits and so are we!

The App was a welcome surprise, and to date looks like it will be a permanent and well used feature within our store. Abbie assisted me with a couple of things, which was super smooth, and even offered a couple of other tips for things we hadn't picked up. Overall App looks like it is certainly fit for function, and so far the experience and customer service experience has been exemplary.

Super happy with the App. Sometimes a little tricky but the customer service is on point! Abbie & Jel helped me very quick and were super friendly. More than glad that I decided to get this App especially for the excellent customer service β₯ Oh and another vote that the tier rewards should be more like "lifetime" I have for example at 500 points the silver tier with "free shipping" and I would be happy if it would be a lifetime thing for my customers. Not a "one time reward" Jel helped me and gave me the idea to put multiple rewards into this tier, but lifetime would be awesome! :)

Dan provided exceptional customer service. Polite, timely and helpful. I got my issue resolved quite quickly. Furthermore, my issue was a technical issue which is notorious for taking time. In my case, Dan escalated to the relevant team and that team resolved it quickly. The app itself is good and does everything we need it to. I recommend it.

*Edited* Whatever updates have been made and messed up everything and been a MAJOR source of frustration. I have been on chat with support countless times, they gain collaborator access to "fix" the issue, it doesn't get fixed. My clients are still bombarding me with messages asking why they can't redeem their points and I'm seriously fed up. Do not recommend at all. It WAS working fine... It's awful now. Our clients have really enjoyed earning rewards when shopping with us. Arianne was very helpful when I reached out to inquire about why some accounts were not earning their points and it was very quickly fixed! I was very impressed with their quick response and helping me change my settings. Highly Recommend
