Rivo leaves a bunch of installed items and applications on the site once uninstalled. This is unacceptable !

This was the best customer service I've experienced! Abbie went above and beyond to help me. She went as far as to giving me resources and suggesting ideas for my site. I am very satisfied with the support I received and glad that I chose Rivo.

It is a clear application that makes it easier to find everything. In the process, it also came with a widget that was removed with Pete's help, thanks for that Pete. I love the fact that you can send at 6am (CET) in the morning and still have a reply within 5 minutes.

I have been super impressed with Rivo. I have tried all of the regulars out there after being in business for 17 years. Rivo has had the easiest integration, easiest team to work with and no hidden fees or bogus ways to upcharge you. It's straightforward, stable and it just works- which has actually been super hard to find. The UI for the store owner is easy and their support is super responsive

I’m new to these apps so it wasn’t the easiest to set up for me but Arianne was super helpful and made it really easy to change the settings I needed to alter. Happy so far!

Abbie helped me to remove the ‚Powered by Rivo‘ branding and was sooo nice. The customer support is the best I ever had in my life. I just stared using the app so can not tell much about it yet but the support is the best.

I have not turned it on just yet, but I did a lot of research on Loyalty apps and this one has the features I need plus it has a good price tag and great reviews. I will know more when I get running on it when the site it ready.
