Rivo: Loyalty Program, Rewards

The support I received from Jel was fast, clear, and resolved my issue. She also went above and beyond to make sure that a couple other matters she noticed were addressed as well - which she did NOT have to do. She made it very easy for me to find what I needed and was SO FAST! I have had such great experiences with the support crew at Rivo and can't say enough good things about their promptness and competence.

I submitted a query about finding customers while using the app as it was not doing this via the customer email. Abbie replied within a short period of time giving me an alternative option to search via customer name which solved the problem.

I have just installed the app, set-up was pretty easy. I opted to ask for the branding to be removed. Pete was the one that responded in the chat and he was very pleasant, sent me articles to get me started. I look forward to learning how to use this app successfully!

I've had nothing but stellar service since purchasing Rivo. The app is incredible but the customer service is Stellar! it’s not logical for your app to get paid for orders that I have generated myself. I run ads > get customer orders > in this case, what benefit does your app provide to justify being paid?

Originally gave a 5 star review because it was easy to set up only to find out that it really does not work. My customers cannot redeem their points and I am told "Redeeming points at checkout is only available in Shopify Plus plan merch which is $2300 a month. Plus if you modify the benefits of a VIP tier, the modifications do not update for existing members but only for new members. I was told to delete the benefit and add a new one but that still did not work. Such a waste of time. What is the purpose of a loyalty program if the customers cannot get any benefits. Now I want to download my customers with points so that I can add their points to a different program but there does not appear to be any download capabilities or print reports. Stay away. Over an hour on a chat with Jel and the results are that I am completely screwed.
