Great customer service! We have been using the Rivo app for around 6 months and have experienced positive benefits as a business whilst our customers enjoy the loyalty perks. When we hit an issue with the customer login process and the Rivo page's visibility, we were promptly assisted by the customer service team who were very helpful in solving our queries. Particular thanks are to be given to Jel who cracked an issue whilst we were transferring to a new theme!

We recently began using this loyalty app, and I'm thoroughly impressed by its simplicity in setting up. The support team has been incredibly helpful and kind whenever I've reached out with questions or concerns. The free version, allows small businesses like mine to check out the app's functionality and work with the basic program, which is excellent and has all the vital features, until we're ready to upgrade. This shows that Rivo genuinely cares about its clients' long term success. We highly recommended this app for anyone looking to start a customer loyalty & referral program.

SO EASY!!! This app made what I thought would be a tiresome task into something that took a few minutes and looks great in my store! When i did have a small questions and needed some help they responded very quickly and fixed the issue within seconds! Amazing!
