My shop has only sold a few items but they are very helpful. They always respond quickly and solve problems easily. If I get more customers for my shop, I will definitely use them for a fee. Of course, the app is very easy to use.

PRICING. SUPPORT. AMAZING - these guys aren't taking the piss, they are offering what we all want at the right price. Honestly I wasted huge amount of money subscribing to Yopto and Loyalty Lion and both were horrendously expensive and purposefully limited the feature set so much. Gonna sign up to their reviews platform too now.

I just installed the app and getting to know all the features and so far I like it, the only thing I could mention that was not great so far was that not all of my customers in my store were shown as members and will now have to invite individually. Pretty easy to navigate, extremely helpful customer service, Jel was very pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help. I will give the app a chance to see if it is all that I need. I contacted Chat with a question and Paul was there to help! Paul was very professional, He genuinely wanted to help and was very efficient. Thank you!

This app has been amazing so far and really does offer more features for less than other apps. Paul was also awesome; he helped me with things I didn’t even know where options and even though I had a simple request he asked a few simple questions and took care of some things on another Rivo app I use. This is a great app run by a great team.

This is great. My first time using this app and I was going through the setup process which was easy as heck, and using the free account it said I could double my limit by just chatting with support and verifying my info. In that process Mica was the best. He removed my limit all together (for free) and removed the branding from my widget (for free) WITHOUT asking or posting me to upgrade to a paid account (which I am doing anyways once I'm done with all my set up and designs.) Mica is truly one of the rare ones that just don't exist in customer service anymore. Thank you so much for a great experience with this entire process that is keeping me using it. Honestly without people like Mica and a few other app owners/support I would have given up and stuck with in person stores. Honestly Mica and those experiences make it worth it. Thank you Mica for being a good person, a wonderful support rep and having a wonderful app. Love it!!!
