Well, first off, the features of this module are well made, work great and the free plan offers more than you need to get your business up to speed. Plus, whenever you need something more, all you need to do is chat with the customer service and they'll happily unlock extra features for you. It's all I need and I'm sure it will help my business grow, which in turn will make me very willing to pay for premium features. That's a job well done, guys, right here!

Just amazing. I tried installing other loyalty app for my store but it won't install and i spent a lot of time trying to fix installation related problems. Rivo was super easy. installed quickly, configured in minutes and launched within hours. Support is super responsive and helpful

I was immediately contacted by chat as soon as the app was installed. The rep not only answered all my questions but also made simple change on his end to make my site more professional. He sent me links with step by step instructions and answered all my questions. If the app works as great as the customer service rep this is score for my business!!

My shop has only sold a few items but they are very helpful. They always respond quickly and solve problems easily. If I get more customers for my shop, I will definitely use them for a fee. Of course, the app is very easy to use.

PRICING. SUPPORT. AMAZING - these guys aren't taking the piss, they are offering what we all want at the right price. Honestly I wasted huge amount of money subscribing to Yopto and Loyalty Lion and both were horrendously expensive and purposefully limited the feature set so much. Gonna sign up to their reviews platform too now.

This app has been amazing so far and really does offer more features for less than other apps. Paul was also awesome; he helped me with things I didn’t even know where options and even though I had a simple request he asked a few simple questions and took care of some things on another Rivo app I use. This is a great app run by a great team.

The best customer service imaginable. In addition to the excellent and really useful apps from rivo, Arianne's support is particularly noteworthy. I am absolutely at a loss for words. Definitely a recommendation!!!
