What a fantastic experience with Rivo Loyalties! From the get-go, the setup process was a breeze. Pete, from customer service, was a standout. He effortlessly increased my limit and removed the widget branding, all for free and without any push to upgrade. A big shoutout to Pete for making this journey so smooth. Just amazing. I tried installing other loyalty app for my store but it won't install and i spent a lot of time trying to fix installation related problems. Rivo was super easy. installed quickly, configured in minutes and launched within hours. Support is super responsive and helpful

I was immediately contacted by chat as soon as the app was installed. The rep not only answered all my questions but also made simple change on his end to make my site more professional. He sent me links with step by step instructions and answered all my questions. If the app works as great as the customer service rep this is score for my business!!

My shop has only sold a few items but they are very helpful. They always respond quickly and solve problems easily. If I get more customers for my shop, I will definitely use them for a fee. Of course, the app is very easy to use.

PRICING. SUPPORT. AMAZING - these guys aren't taking the piss, they are offering what we all want at the right price. Honestly I wasted huge amount of money subscribing to Yopto and Loyalty Lion and both were horrendously expensive and purposefully limited the feature set so much. Gonna sign up to their reviews platform too now.

This app has been amazing so far and really does offer more features for less than other apps. Paul was also awesome; he helped me with things I didnβt even know where options and even though I had a simple request he asked a few simple questions and took care of some things on another Rivo app I use. This is a great app run by a great team.
