My referral is for Abby in support! I do like the app but the support is next level! Abby was so incredibly helpful and inspired me to keep working when I had lost all energy for the night! had this installed for a few weeks now and I can tell you the team behind this is on point. Always on chat to help with any questions you have. Overall this is a great loyalty program and has all the features you need to get up and running. Its also better priced then most, check what you get on the others if they are at a lower price as most have tiers that add more features. Most you have to get up a tier or two to get the features they offer on the base.

When I was getting my site verified their customer support person was SO helpful. Not only did they get me verified quickly, they followed my store on social media (so sweet), and gave me really actionable advice to improve my store's site. Like, I have absolutely never had an app give me such great service and legit business advice before. It was in the perfect, most genuine way too. Not in a "trying to upsell" or "telling you how to run your business" kind of way. Above and beyond. I'm stunned. Thanks specifically to Abbie! Somebody give them a raise stat.

Great app and works perfectly on my site. Love the branding functionality and you can adapt the rewards system as necessary for your own business. Had a couple of queries and customer service their end has been excellent. Would recommend this app.
