Amazing customer service and awesome app that does what it needs to do. We where using spreadsheets to monitor and adjust points but this app has made everything easy. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this app for a number of reasons, the app was designed well & does what I intended for it to do, it also offers a lot for free and additional paid services I am very interested in as well. I spoke to a customer care representative named "Jel" she was extremely helpful more than I could hoped for. I highly recommend this App, I also use their review app which integrates well with one another. Keep up the great work here!

I really like this app a lot very detailed with all the interactive parts of my app. Loved it more for their good customer service especially Abbie giving some good tips on how to improve my store. This app really changed my store presence.

This was relatively simple to set up and run. The customer service, on the other hand, was a huge highlight. Jel was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent experience with Rivo.

first off...the onboarding process is a breeze! i did get stuck and my man Paul! Helped me with Due diligence and even helped with some back end work on the app and shop. just with the customer service and help alone this is a worthy company to work with. worth it so far!!
