Three out of three!!! I now have the rivo popup, reviews and loyalty apps installed. So easy to use and if you get stuck the customer service is amazing. Abbie has been so helpful, I really cant recommend rivo enough!

Just downloaded the app and it seems to work great so far. The set-up is simple to follow and when I needed some help, Abbie, jumped right in and straighten things out for me. So the app was quite complicated to navigate to install. Things were not in obvious logical places like where to change text etc. There were lots of curves and roundabouts but I got there thanks to the help of Mica who was fantastic about helping me even when I asked really obvious questions. She was prompt in getting back to me and very professional. That's def the type of person you need to reward on great customer service. It's what it's all about in the end.

I highly recommend this app for new users, this app allows me to do the Loyalty & Referrals as I wanted. The interface is easy to navigate and I find everything I need quickly. Mr. Pete from the support team guide me all the way to the end. his support was highly appreciated.

I have tested 2 other programs before. Also smile. This app is much more customizable. For example, change text. The support is very fast and courteous. The free version is already better than other programs. I have not regretted my decision. In Germany: Ich habe vorher 2 andere Programme getestet. Auch smile. Diese App lässt sich viel besser an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Zum Beispiel Text ändern. Der Support ist sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Die free Version ist schon besser als andere Programme. Ich habe meine Entscheidung nicht bereut.
