Abbie gave extremely professional and helpful service! Their app is incredibly good even for the free plan, has already gained great new features since I've installed only a week ago, and has already netted me 3 large (~800$) orders. So glad i found this app!

Abbie was super helpful. I went in with the intention of asking only question. Not only did Abbie address my concern, but she went above and beyond to give me helpful tips. As a newbie to shopify and setting all this up, I am very confused navigating through all this. Abbie was kind, helpful and honest. I hope the entire Rivo team is like Abbie, that would be awesome! The app has been fantastic so far, easy to use and setup, and super helpful already on my site. Abbie was an absolutely dream of a customer service agent to speak to! She made it so quick and easy to get things fully unlocked and setup, plus added some great humour along the way! Not to mention she even gave me a few fantastic tips to improve my site that I could implement right away. 5 stars all around, great experience with Rivo so far.

Easy to setup, customer service is responsive, if only they allow more reward types in the free programme so we can try out which features our customers like before deciding to upgrade the programme.

Abbie was the most helpful customer service person I have ever dealt with. She responded to all of my questions and comments immediately, fulfilled my requests and then some. Abbie went above and beyond and even pointed out some helpful tips to improve my website that had nothing to do with Rivo. I would recommend Rivo and Abbie to anyone! Rivo itself is an incredibly useful app. It is easy and quick to setup and leads to many more sales for your loyalty program. No need to pay a programmer when you can just install Rivo, edit a couple settings, and you are ready to go. Give it a try, it's free!
