Rivo: Loyalty Program, Rewards

I just downloaded and am browsing but this app seems pretty amazing. Chat Assistant -Pete is Perfect! He is very nice and helpful :) Got all the answers I want from him!

Great app and fantastic customer service from Arianne who went above and beyond to answer our query and have everything sorted for us.

Was helped by Mica and Abbie, who was very nice and helpful. Good app so far and looking forward to seeing how it can grow our business. Would recommend to others looking to add a nice loyalty program for their customers.

Abbie gave extremely professional and helpful service! Their app is incredibly good even for the free plan, has already gained great new features since I've installed only a week ago, and has already netted me 3 large (~800$) orders. So glad i found this app!

Abbie was super helpful. I went in with the intention of asking only question. Not only did Abbie address my concern, but she went above and beyond to give me helpful tips. Very simple set up process, lots included for free, plenty of advanced features should you wish to upgrade and top class support response time!

The app has been fantastic so far, easy to use and setup, and super helpful already on my site. Abbie was an absolutely dream of a customer service agent to speak to! She made it so quick and easy to get things fully unlocked and setup, plus added some great humour along the way! Not to mention she even gave me a few fantastic tips to improve my site that I could implement right away. 5 stars all around, great experience with Rivo so far.
