Abbie was super helpful. I went in with the intention of asking only question. Not only did Abbie address my concern, but she went above and beyond to give me helpful tips. As a newbie to shopify and setting all this up, I am very confused navigating through all this. Abbie was kind, helpful and honest. I hope the entire Rivo team is like Abbie, that would be awesome! I haven't launched my site yet. I am setting everything up and ensuring the site is set up the way I need it to be. I came across this app through recommendations on Google. I had an issue with adding a dedicated page to my site. Inside the app you can ping customer service if you have questions/issues. Less than fifteen mins after posting the message, the rep reached out to me and was able to fix my issue. The options that come with this app and the amazing customer service that I just experienced is well worth the subscription!!

The app has been fantastic so far, easy to use and setup, and super helpful already on my site. Abbie was an absolutely dream of a customer service agent to speak to! She made it so quick and easy to get things fully unlocked and setup, plus added some great humour along the way! Not to mention she even gave me a few fantastic tips to improve my site that I could implement right away. 5 stars all around, great experience with Rivo so far.
