Have used this app for a while now. The set-up was easy, never had any issues at all. So many good features on the free plan alone. The customer service has been outstanding. I dealt with Abbie and she went above and beyond for me. If you are looking for a loyalty program - look no further. RIVO won't disappoint!

Great reward program with many customizations. Perfect for small shops but also for bigger ones. Support is terrific. Absolutely the best support I have had with any app maker.

So far the app is great and very user friendly. Today was my first time using the app and I needed help with exporting my previous customer's order history. When I reached out for help Arianne went above and beyond. She answered my question very quickly and even offered some very helpful advice about the layout of my website in general . She even provided links on how to edit and improve that feature. As a result my site looks will look more professional. Thank you again Arianne.

Been using this app for a while now. Just contacted them as I needed the reward button moved on our home page and had no idea how to do it. Nothing was too much trouble and the button was moved within minutes. Very happy with the app and the support provided.

don't use this app. When I delete it, there's still a pop up on my website. I have to reinstall the app and ask them to delete the pop up. Horrible

I'm pleased to inform you that the prompts are no longer appearing in your store. So sorry again for the hiccup here.
