Have used this app for a while now. The set-up was easy, never had any issues at all. So many good features on the free plan alone. The customer service has been outstanding. I dealt with Abbie and she went above and beyond for me. If you are looking for a loyalty program - look no further. RIVO won't disappoint!

Great reward program with many customizations. Perfect for small shops but also for bigger ones. Support is terrific. Absolutely the best support I have had with any app maker.

So far the app is great and very user friendly. Today was my first time using the app and I needed help with exporting my previous customer's order history. When I reached out for help Arianne went above and beyond. She answered my question very quickly and even offered some very helpful advice about the layout of my website in general . She even provided links on how to edit and improve that feature. As a result my site looks will look more professional. Thank you again Arianne.

Arianne helped with increase my customer limit and with some troubleshooting for my store. My customers love the app and I do as well, it definitely helps with sales!

don't use this app. When I delete it, there's still a pop up on my website. I have to reinstall the app and ask them to delete the pop up. Horrible

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for your experience with the app. It looks like you recently installed the app, and I can see you've reached out, and were able to get in touch with our chat representative but went idle. I'm pleased to inform you that the prompts are no longer appearing in your store. So sorry again for the hiccup here. Uninstalling the app usually takes a while to remove leftover settings and codes within the your theme. We've sent you an email to reach out and get to the bottom of this problem for you. Abbie was very patient and very helpful to me as I set up my app. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She never rushed me or made me feel like I needed to hurry. Even when I was gone for several minutes she right there when I came back to her.
