je viens juste de télécharger les deux application Rivo donc je n'ai pas de recul sur elles mais par contre le support client est adorable et très réactif. A voir maintenant dans le temps et l'utilisation mais pour l'instant je recommande.

Fantastic suite of Shopify apps. Lots of features - even on the free plans. We've had nothing but great experiences working with Abby, Jel and James. They're always ready and willing to help. They're quick to respond. And they're super nice. An obviously amazing company culture.

I had some doubts about the app and Yaci was awesome. She gave me a guide right away that explained everything I needed and if that alone wasn't enough, she is the nicest person ever. An awesome customer experience.

So far I am loving Rivo! The step by step instructions are so easy and clean to work through to get set up! Customer support is friendly and answers your chat in a timely manor. Arianne was positive, beyond helpful and even complimented us on our website and branding. Knowing they have a customer support team who cares about their customers, even if you on the free plan, is super important to a business who also highly values authentic customer support!
