Arianne helped with increase my customer limit and with some troubleshooting for my store. My customers love the app and I do as well, it definitely helps with sales!

First off, Rivo has the BEST customer service. This is my second app with them and the experience has been amazing. Abbie was soooo helpful and got me squared away quickly and with care. I can tell she really cares about the success of the businesses she helps. Super grateful as I am just now launching my store.

L'app Γ¨ molto completa, e il servizio clienti Γ¨ ottimo, sono stato seguito da Abbie, bravissima super gentile Γ¨ molto professionale. Per ora sto usufruendo del piano gratuito, ha funzioni molto limitate ma comunque ottime. Prevedo di passare ad altri piani in futuro.

don't use this app. When I delete it, there's still a pop up on my website. I have to reinstall the app and ask them to delete the pop up. Horrible

I'm pleased to inform you that the prompts are no longer appearing in your store. So sorry again for the hiccup here. Uninstalling the app usually takes a while to remove leftover settings and codes within the your theme. We've sent you an email to reach out and get to the bottom of this problem for you. Abbie was very patient and very helpful to me as I set up my app. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She never rushed me or made me feel like I needed to hurry. Even when I was gone for several minutes she right there when I came back to her.
