I use several apps but this is the first one I have reviewed - Spoke to support expecting to be sent a how to link but they went over and above what I asked them for. Couldn't be happier! Gives me full confidence in using there app.

This app looks great. Unfortunately the support in setting up has been rather average hence the 3 start. The link to book an onboarding call does not work - initially it was blamed on their own theme upgrade, and now the new link sent doesn't work either so they are 'looking in to it.' As I said, it looks a great app and should tick all the boxes of what we need but tt does makes me wonder what support will be like if we do install and use and encounter issues.

I have just installed it, but I like the customization options and how it appears. Your staff was very helpful getting the Rivo branding removed, and they exhibited nothing but hospitable professionalism at all times

amazing customer service so far! Their response is fast an amicable/ I'm migrating from the smile app and it looks like a better program as it has its own rewards website that makes it more user-friendly for customers
