Great app & fantastic support. There are some things I would like adding but it looks like they are in development. It does encourage repeat orders with our regulars & it is a great marketing tool.

I have had Rivo since I first opened my Shopify store. I have written in a few times for assistance and they have ALWAYS been helpful. One time I even asked to export my customer list and now they have made that a feature! I can tell they're an innovative app and as a business myself, I appreciate that.

Great app, easy and intuitive. Needs integration with the POS/ability to change member/customer status but this is a really useful tool.
This app is the greatest, and the customer support is the best out there, Abbie just sorted something out for me, and she was a pleasure to deal with! Thank's Abbie! This App has been a great addition to our store, and we wouldn't be without it.
