Just installed this - very easy to use, which is a delight. The support team though is unbelievably awesome :) Always responding quickly to messages, always so kind and helpful. I will definitely use Rivo for as long as I run this business <3

very helpful, funny and can make a customers day. best customer service ive ever came across 200%, just from my first impressions of abbie, shes gonna do very well in life or already is but overall my review is BUSINESSES NEED PEOPLE LIKE ABBIE, would improve your business 1000%

Excelente aplicación. Recién la estoy probando pero hasta acá se ve que tiene funciones muy interesantes. Lo mejor fue contar con la ayuda de Abbie en el chat. Muy amable y de mucha ayuda.

Ho usato l'app per risolvere dei limiti che mi stavano assillando, ma per fortuna ho trovato Abbie nell'assistermi al risolvere questo problema, e devo dire che sono stato veramente fortunato perché non ha risolto il problema ma ha trovato soluzioni per cose che non facevo caso. So far I find this app easy to set up with my Shopify store and Arianne has been a great help with providing customer service, the customer service has been excellent and I really look forward to launching my store with the use of this app

I arrived seeking a loyalty program, and found so much more in Rivo. Their support member Abbie offered genuine support and went above and beyond in helping me get onboarded. I saw all the other reviews about amazing customer service, and I 10000% understand why now! I'm honored to spread the word, and share this review.
