Ariane from the support team was extremely helpful with my set up. Responses were extremely quick and they had some great recommendations to improve user experience

The app works well (free program). Support is always helpful. Maybe it's just our customers but not many are becoming members. I'll try some emails and hope for the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Abbie, and she was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the Rivo App. Her explanation was clear, and she took the time to ensure I understood all the features, from the basic setup to more advanced options. What impressed me the most was her patience and willingness to answer all my questions, no matter how small. Thanks to Abbie, I pray I will be confident in using the app moving forward. I would absolutely recommend this app to others! It does take some getting used to, while it is user-friendly, it can still be a bit confusing. But the customer support is top notch and you cannot beat the price! I am very happy with mu decision to switch to Rivo!

A great app for loyalty and rewards, does everything I need. Very easy to set up and the service from Bryan was lightning fast, very responsive. Helped with some styling on our page and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this app for anyone look for a great loyalty app!

Getting started an on e-commerce site can be incredibly overwhelming and quite humbling.. Added Rivo to our store a few days ago and already received positive feedback from customers. I did need help adding the rewards page to my navigation menu, and Bryan from the support team was incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and quick! Can't wait to start the loyalty program and i feel confident I can reach out to their support team anytime. Thanks again!

Update: They have been very useful when it comes to customer support and helped with any problems regarding coding that I had. The Free version is very limited but I see the potential for the upgrade. there is also a Start-Up plan for 24 euros a month and I think that is a good offer.

I am a new customer, very beginner and quickly connected with Brian for help - he was fantastic! So quick to hop in, even assisting me with some coding to get the desired look I was going for on our website. It's really nice to know an app like Rivo has 24/7 customer service, something I wish all the apps had. Very grateful for Brian's help!
