I haven't launched my store yet, but I've been playing around with the app and so far so good. It has everything I need and it's so easy to navigate, more so with the help of Jel. Not only did she answer my questions, she even gave me some freebies (yay!).

Not only did she guide me in the right direction, but she also went above and beyond to assist me with editing and making sure everything was set up perfectly. We haven't used the app to it's fullest yet, but the support team (especially Arianne) are AMAZING! I've tested nearly 5 loyalty apps, and none of them come close to Rivo. Rivo is fully customizable, is flexible, and most importantly, has the best support team!! Plus, Arianne was able to gave me perks that will make our experience with this app the best it can be. Shoutout to this app and Arianne from the support team!

This app is a much better upgrade compared to the previous loyalty app I had before. Their pricing is much more competitive with all the features given! And reaching their support team is so much easier and faster. Arianne was quick to answer all my questions and offered to implement other fixes to help improve my widget without me even asking. Don't wait to switch over or purchase this app, it's one of the best
