I just downloaded this app, so I can't go into details yet. I can say that if the company is half as great as their cust. Service rep. Pete, then I'm definitely looking forward to working more closely with this brand. Thanks for being so awesome Pete.

These guys are amazing, if you are confused at all they helped me on a call and we did a run through on the app and features amazing customer support. Has been such a better experience in comparison to other similar apps, high recommend them. You get a way better value out of this app.

First off, let me just say this- Abbie is hands down the most extraordinary customer service agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She not only goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you have everything you need- But Abbie truly cares about YOU and your BRAND. I know most of us aren't tech-savvy but she takes the time to not only provide you with relevant information but she even give you key information to help see you win as a business owner. Agents like Abbie are the reason why I am leaving a review today. This is one of my favorite apps. It's very important to build relationships with your customers. Thanks Abbie! This app helps me reward returning visitors and encourages sales. Looks good on the website and my customers love it. The support i received was fantastic !! wish everyone was as efficient and helpful xx

The app looks elegant and clean on our store, not gawdy like many of these apps can be. Great customer service too. One of the coders got on a screenshare with me, answered my questions and made sure I liked how everything was working.

Having a loyalty program has certainly encouraged our customers to return. The customer service is quick to respond to questions I have had and help me with some of the details when setting up. I would highly recommend!
