We have been using Searchanise on our website for a few months now. It has worked great and help is always available to you. We needed some assistance with settings and they were very quick to help. After a few months we had some questions and received prompt, helpful replies in less than an hour. We could not be happier with making the choice to use this APP.

Searchanise gave us everything our old search app was missing, and for a great price. The few customizations we couldn't accomplish through the app were handled by the support team. Great communication and turn around time. Highly recommended! Updated 3/6/26 to say that support is still amazing and quickly helped us to tweak some settings on the search results page. I like the app but the support is horrible. I am getting no response since almost two weeks now and the setup is not even finished. Time to look for an alternative I guess.
We're devastated to see your experience with our support team was so disappointing! After looking into it, we found both of your tickets and noticed that we sent replies on the same days when you reached out to us, yet they weren't delivered due to the following error: "Email dropped as the email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please verify the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces". We're sorry to see this issue prevented you from getting our replies! thought this was a pretty decent app, until i realized that the search is leaving out half my products. when i search frying pan, and it doesnt show fry pan, that is rough

This app matched our needs and the support team did his best to adapt to our custom code and specific demands. Thank you ! The predictive search would still need some progress with Japanese but it's the case with all the app and Searchanise is the best one we tested.

Love this app. Voice search option, custom filters based on Tags, a beautify collection page are some of the reasons to use it.

If you want a collection search filter do not use this app. It replaced your collection search with its own app, and you cannot change anything about it. You get stuck with small text, 3 columns, and a terrible mobile layout. If you are looking for collection search filters, find another app.

Nevertheless, it can be customized in the Searchanise admin panel, where you can change the template, adjust the number of product columns, and apply Custom CSS for more detailed customization.
