The app works well and the support is good. I get frustrated that maintenance happens during South African business hours. We lost a big sale because a customer in store could not use her points while maintenance was being done for 6 hours.

The customer service at Smile is unbelievable. They are there to help and assist. They helped me get our loyalty program up and running, offering suggestions on how to get customers back for the second purchase and on their way to becoming a loyal customer.
