I bought a trial to see how their products would compare to CJ or Doba, but I was let down by them dramatically. Then, after attempting to cancel my free trial, I was brought to so many pages of creating passwords and other steps that I was left confused and decided to come back to it at a later time, because surely I thought they would email me when my trial was coming to an end. BUT NO I was charged 40$ the next week after NO EMAIL, taking the last bit of money I had for ads in my account. After going through hell to actually cancel my membership, I finally resorted to leaving bad reviews on every single platform I can find because this, ladies and gentlemen is NOT the dropqsihpping supplier website you want to go to. Not only do they have a terrible selection of products and prices, they are very deceitful in taking your money and I would never recommend this to anyone.

IF I could give this app no stars I would. BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL BAIT AND SWITCH YOUR TRIAL PERIOD INTO AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU UPON REQUEST OF THE ERROR. FRAUD.

My experience with Spocket has been quite disappointing. Initially, the platform appeared promising, offering a wide selection of products from suppliers based in the EU and US, which seemed ideal for my drop shipping business. However, my encounter with their service has been less than satisfactory. The most concerning issue is the unauthorized charges. Despite not giving my consent, I found that Spocket had charged me unexpectedly. This kind of practice is not only unethical but also deeply troubling for any business owner managing tight budgets and expenses. When I reached out to their customer support to address this issue, the response was abysmal. Their support team, especially an agent named Lorena Alejandro, displayed an alarming lack of professionalism. My messages were seen but went unanswered for an extended period. This level of neglect in customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with financial disputes. In summary, my experience with Spocket has been marred by unauthorized charges and a severe lack of responsive customer support. If you value transparency and reliable support in your drop shipping ventures, I would advise caution when considering Spocket.

very bad experience, I had stopped my trial period and I was charged they replied we'll see what we can do and since no response I follow up by email but I'm ignored be very careful and it is important to delete their application of shopify otherwise even if you cancel you will be charged

very poor quality of the products, as well as not that many items. I dont recommend this app. i will stick with them because I ve paid for the whole year! Before I've subsctibed with them I had a chat with their team and they ensure me that they have a good brands, turn out that is all cheap and crappy :(

Just hope you never have an issue with them. I did not recall purchasing a year membership and as soon as it was deducted from my account I contacted Spocket to see if it were possible to receive a refund. One of the reps said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I never heard back. I contacted them again and over several conversations, not only was nothing resolved but they also stopped answering me, which I consider very disrespectful. I would not work with them again and would recommend Zendrop or Syncee for someone looking to dropship as they have better customer service.

Do not install this app. Even when you sign up for the free version, they will start charging you for a paid version and WILL NOT STOP!! I have been trying for a month to get them to acknowledge that I do not owe them and they keep harassing me. Do yourself a favor and use a different app. After the response from the company, I have to add this to my review. Over the last 2 days I have been called over 10 times by this company. Several of those calls were made before 7:00 in the morning. None of these times did the company leave a message. This type of harassment is exactly why I left the original review. The company can say whatever it wants to about its customer service, but I have experienced the "service" first hand. My original review stands. Do NOT install this app. If you do, you will regret it.

scammer caution, and red flag!! They charged my developing Shopify Store https://test-allen.myshopify.com/ by Paypal for 598USD two months at 1 day in 1 transaction, and I contact the support for refund, the support contacted me to make me believe who was going to refund me, after 2 weeks they are not going to respond email, totally scammer!! I complained with shopify and paypal, unfortunately nobody could stop Spocket Scammers continually scam drop-shippers on internet, what a shame!

I downloaded the app to explore the offerings in Homeware.Thats not possible as you are forced to sign up to a subscription.Strong arm tactics like this are pretty outdated!Your competitors like DS and Zendrop allow users to explore and discover,rather than being forced to sign up.

This is the worst company we dealt with in years ... Be aware while trying their services, they don't refund anything. So, think twice before subscribing with them. And think even about the situation you will have with them when your customers request a return or a refund.

The app charges the full amount for the service, even though it was uninstalled before the end of the trial period. I do not recommend it!

I do not recommend this company because they are scammers who will take money from you by any possible ways. I was subscribed for a free plan and when I login again I received a sign up for spocket- pop up window, and when I clicked to close this window I didn't even know they subscribed me for a paid plan. Stay away from them ,don't waste your time.

Charged me after cancelling my account. They "processed" a refund and after the time frame they gave me, I haven't received it yet. Reached out to customer service to follow up and advised me to reach out to Shopify. Now Shopify is telling me to reach out to them so we are just going in circles and I'm down $110. :(

It is the worst dropshipping app I ever used in my life, with limited choices in terms of products, we add horrible customer support when you have problems...I demanded a refund for the first time in January 2024, and after 15 days with no feedback, I wrote my first testimonial on the Shopify app store, they contacted me to delete the testimonial in return for my refund...so I was so naive to believe their words and deleting my testimonial...after 4 long weeks of communication, emails, and messages...they sent me a falsified document showing that they sent the refund amount...and by contacting my bank I discovered that this document is just bullshit, and the bank confirms that there's no refund is sent to my card or account...sadly the pocket team was lying and they refuse then to give any proof documents ...I have all conversations, emails and screenshots....i recommend other dropshipping apps

I am cancelling this acct, within my trial period. Thought I was going to love this app but not so much. 1) there are no reviews of the products so that I can see what other store owners feel about the products 2) which also means that there are no product reviews for my customers to look at, which means it will be hard to make sales. 3)was suppose to have a zoom meeting with someone named Mark. He never signed into zoom meeting. Doesn't look good for ongoing support.

I recently decided to cancel my Empire subscription with Spocket within the 14-day free trial period, specifically on the 9th day. Upon cancellation, I was assured by the customer representative that the refund process would take approximately 48 hours. However, I was later presented with an offer of either a 50% refund or an extension of the free trial for an additional 3 months, which was not in line with my initial expectations. Since then, communication has been challenging, and my attempts to reach out for further clarification have gone unanswered. It has now been almost 20 days since the cancellation, and I am still awaiting a resolution. While I am hesitant to leave a negative review, I feel it’s important to share that this experience has resulted in a significant amount of my time being spent trying to resolve the issue, as well as attempting to secure a refund of $684. It is my hope that this matter will be addressed promptly by Spocket, and I look forward to an amicable resolution.
