Can`t recommend! The worst platform I have used ever and I have tried them all! There is not even one thing working properly. Order fulfillment is a big disaster and the fees for shipping and transaction are so high that I have to increase the price so high that the customers wont buy. So I am spending on ads and on this platform a whooping 100 Bucks and I am not really sure for what here!!!! Even when checking the price suggestions. the suggested retail price is lower than when putting item cost, shipping cost and fees together. I don`t know which light bulb came up with that, but this is just ridiclious. From 10 Orders, 6 has been canceled and I am still awaiting my refund which they hold back. This is totally wrong Shipping cost from EU countryx to EU country is higher than any international shipping service would charge. A warehouse in Spain ships to the US for 8.99USD and to England for 5.99USD. Then the shipping cost from Spain to Germany which costs usually 4-6USD, is charged with crazy 18.99USD. No one actually cares what price is set and there is no real professionalism behind there!

Not easy to navigate at all. It seems like you should have access to your store for the $1 but then it charges you again. And you have to go through other apps and pages that also charge you. It’s not even worth the time to figure it out if you’re a beginner.

It's easy to use, but the data shared about the products is lacking for online sales. For instance, the EAN codes are lacking, and affiliates and SEO/Google Shopping platforms block these products for publication as they are not seen as 'authentic'. Additionally, the quality of supply is quite poor. They only have small brands, without EAN codes. We don't know if products are tested, so it's shady. When we highlighted our concern, they were also not helpful. They don't understand marketing. They want you to use the platform, but like this, you can not sell their products. So worst ROI.

Terrible app, terrible services and products. I switched to another app, they continue to charge me the monthly cost, because there is no DELETE PLAN button in the account and despite the reminders and the uninstallation of the app, they ignore every request. I will take legal action.

Uninstalling the app alone does not automatically cancel an active subscription, as billing is managed through the account’s subscription settings or the Shopify billing system. This is standard across most Shopify apps. That said, we absolutely do not ignore cancellation or billing requests. If charges occurred after your reminders, this is something our support team can review and resolve, including refunds where applicable. We take billing concerns very seriously and encourage you to contact our support team directly with your account details so we can investigate immediately and close this matter properly. Posting this as a warning so others don’t make the same mistake I did. I run a TikTok Shop (US-based). I chose Spocket specifically because of their marketing around US suppliers and content implying TikTok Shop usage. I relied on that when choosing them over alternatives like Trendsi. I onboarded a Spocket supplier and fulfilled orders through them. What followed: - Repeated late shipments despite “US supplier” labeling - Poor product quality leading to refunds/returns - TikTok Shop penalties due to fulfillment performance - Removal from TikTok affiliate access - Listing limits imposed by TikTok - Significant revenue loss (I was previously grossing ~3k/month) When I contacted support after the damage, I was told Spocket “isn’t set up for TikTok,” which directly contradicted the expectations set by their published content. I’m not posting this to rant or bash — just to warn others: If you are running or planning to run a TikTok Shop, be extremely careful relying on Spocket suppliers for fulfillment. TikTok is unforgiving with late shipping and quality issues, and supplier mistakes can permanently damage your account. If you’re already on TikTok Shop, I strongly recommend using fulfillment partners that are explicitly TikTok-friendly with proven 2–5 day shipping and strict QC. Hope this helps someone avoid the mess I’m cleaning up now.

Spocket website becomes unresponsive frequently. Return policy does not transfer to shopify automatically, it is lot of work to move return policy for each product and not easy to maintain. Prices are too high for the product quality, branded items are cheaper than items avialable in spocket. Google ad comapin reject manyh product for advertising becuase issues with product images and product identification codes not available.

Honestly? I'm not satisfied AT ALL for several reasons. 1) Products are overprice 2) Search engine is broken, if you're gonna look up for an item most likely you will never find of what you're looking for. 3) Monthly subscription is too high comparing other drop shipping apps. 4) You have to be lucky to find a good quality product. 5) A lot of suppliers are using similar products. 6) They don't have vast amount of product collections. Spocket needs to upgrade their platform like literally. Don't take my words for it, give it a try, you will have a free trial to use first. Good-luck everyone.

Malgré ma désinscription et en allant sur le compte spocket je constate que notre compte est toujours actif et il est impossible de se déconnecter. Des pratiques inacceptable et une application validée par Shopify. Il serait essentiel que shopify puisse vérifier les applications qu'ils valident. My experience with Spocket has been nothing short of infuriating. After canceling my subscription, they lured me into accepting a "free trial month" with the promise that my account would be automatically canceled afterward unless I chose to continue. Despite this clear agreement, they went ahead and charged me about €93 on October 19th for a service I didn’t want or use. Their customer support has been completely unresponsive, providing no solutions or explanations. I have already filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and am actively working to spread awareness of this issue. On Trustpilot, I’ve seen many other users with the same problem, yet Spocket continues to ignore them. To make matters worse, many of their positive reviews seem fake, likely written by bots or artificial intelligence, as those accounts have only reviewed Spocket and nothing else. If you’re considering using Spocket, beware. Their billing practices are dishonest, and their customer support is practically non-existent. Don’t make the same mistake I did. UPDATE: NOVEMBER 17, 2024. Right now I have received another charge of about EUR 96. I will be forwarding a complaint to my bank by tomorrow to get back all the money that Spocket is taking away from me illegally.

The customer service is unsatisfactory. Several suppliers fail to respond to inquiries or address issues adequately. Obtaining a direct response seems impossible, as interactions with the company often feel like an endless loop. Considering the amount I paid for the service, the experience has been very disappointing. It took more than 20 days for a supplier to dispatch an item to my customer, and even then, the wrong size was sent. Now, over 10 days have passed, and I am still awaiting a reply regarding the return of the item.

I strongly recommend that you do not download this software, it is really disgusting. There was obviously a 14-day free trial period, but after choosing it, I couldn’t cancel it at all. I uninstalled it after watching it for a few minutes after downloading it for the first time. But they still deducted my money, tried to cancel the subscription several times, but refused to return my money. It’s really disgusting.

Garbage platform. Customer service is painfully slow. Don't let the fancy purple paywall convince you this is a good platform. They automatically set seller processing and shipping times to 1 day, so that they appear to ship orders fast when in reality it takes 2 weeks. Even the sellers weren't aware of the 1 days processing time shown on their seller profiles. Each vendor can be found on Oberlo or AliExpress. A lot of the sellers on Spocket are drop shipper's themselves. They have no protections in place for the seller or customer. You are just left to dry if something goes wrong.

IF I CAN RATE ZERO I WILL this people fraud i deleted the app 9 days after trying it in the free trail period "so over priced" then they charged me and when i reach out they told me they can only refund me either 20% or give me 1 month free trail. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS

However, on September 4th, I received a notification of a $59.99 USD deduction from PayPal. Despite writing to the customer service department for inquiries, I did not receive any response. This is a stark contrast to the frequent emails they sent to persuade me to install the software initially. There is no record of the deduction in the Shopify backend, indicating that they bypassed Shopify's regulations and deducted the amount privately. Therefore, I conclude that this is a very unethical company.

When I closed a older store of mine they robbed my money and didn't cancel it. even though I didn't use any of their services. Don't install this if you don't want to get scammed. BTW, there is no free plan like they said and you can't enter the app without selecting a paid plan.

BEWARE of this app. I downloaded the app only to see that most of the products on there are cheap junk and unsuitable for the standards of manufacturing I have for my website. I uninstalled the app the same day that I deleted it. However, they claim that uninstalling it was not enough to CANCEL the subscription after the trial period. They charged me $39.99 at the end of the trial period even though I never used the app even once, never set it up, nor sold any products from it. They claim this was made clear in the Terms and Conditions and refuse to give me a refund. However, with every other app I have ever used on Shopify, to uninstall it is enough to cancel the subscription or service and no additional cancellation was ever needed. This is intentionally misleading and manipulative. It was only after I went in and delinked the service from my PayPal account after discovering the charge that the consider it "canceled". EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND INFLEXIBLE COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Beware of this company and the sketchy terms and conditions they have. I signed up and paid for a year subscription in August of 2023. In August 2024 they never sent me any emails alerting me of the upcoming renewal date. They just sucked $288.00 out of my account and didn't notify me until hours later. I immediately sent them a email telling them I wanted to cancel the subscription because I just do not use the service enough to justify the cost. After days of back and forth emails with several different people, they finally said they can not and would not refund my money. That is just bad business. I just dent do business with shady companies like Sproket.
