This is a scam! Why NOT to use this: 1) They push you to sign up for their trial. Even when you cancel right away, they continue to charge you. I've tried to cancel three times and have been charged $300 U.S since. They refuse to refund me. 2) Their prices are way too high on the products. It's impossible to make any money with them. 3) Their positive reviews are one of two: Fake (You can tell from the "names" of the stores) or They are from people that got paid in credits from Spocket as soon as they downloaded the app. The only way this app makes their money is from getting users to upgrade, and then their app not working properly when you try to cancel. Just read the other 1 star reviews before you sign up.

This is a good app for anyone looking to start a dropping shipping business on Shopify. As they state, there are hundreds of products to choose from for your store. The customer service and support teams are very friendly and easy to work with. HOWEVER, BUYER BEWARE; here are some important considerations based on my personal experience. Product stock notifications and COMMUNICATIONS with suppliers ARE HORRIBLE, which means THERE’S A PERPETUAL PROBLEM WITH PRODUCTS BEING OUT OF STOCK. Over the two+ years of working with Spocket, I had to cancel more than 70% of the orders placed through the app. The reason was because items were out of stock or the supplier was no longer selling on the app, and there was never a communication regarding these status changes. Because of that, my customers ordered with an expectation to receive, only to become dissatisfied and upset with my company when I had to cancel their orders. Moreover, these scenarios cost my business significant money for credit card processing and cancellation fees. If your goal is to simply show an abundance of products on your site, then this app may be right for you. If your goal is to make money in product sales with happy, satisfied customers, then I caution you to stay away.

This is in response to your reply below. We have been working with your support staff for now 14 days every day chatting for hours at end to resolve this one issue. I am not sure of the intentions but I have paid for a full year and seems you cannot fix the issue, then refund our money... Simple. Have already lost 1 month for which I have paid. Take responsibility. I would give ZERO stars if one could... They take money upfront and then when their platform does not work or even push products to our shopify store, they do not fix issues. We have spent over 100 hours and still no resolution. The management does not even bother. Sad. I hope we will get our money back. As I think its a scam. And for products they are pushing Aliexpress / china shipper for most ???

I gave this app a chance. I wanted to believe it could do what I needed to make my dropshipping business easier to source and fulfill orders. It did the opposite. The customer support is very accessible but they are not effective or truly helpful. They are very polite but you end up engaging several different reps over time about the same issue as if they never communicate or read what you've sent them even updates. They never seem to know how to get you connected to technical support or the supplier directly. Even THEY aren't able to communicate with any of them. They essentially apologize profusely and continuously and that is the extend of their customer support regarding real issues that can impact your business. I have doubts about positive reviews because I gave them so many opportunities and consistently, they failed. Even when I told them I would discontinue using them, all they did was apologize profusely and hope I stick with them. Not good for any business and I don't see who they will remain in business with this approach. They have a great looking product/platform but the functionality of it and their business model is subpar. It is UNTRUE that they fully automate anything. You can get customer service relatively quickly most of the time but they never help. The claims they make are untrue. I even changed plans a few times over the course of months to experiment. It doesn't matter how much you pay, it is all the same.

VERY UNRELIABLE! I have had to cancel several of my orders due to no inventory to Fullfill the orders, yet the inventory shows there is product. All they can say is: we will investigate but keeps happening!! How are you supposed to put your name on their products If they can't Fullfill? Save yourself money and find a more reliable drop shipper. I should of cancel the first time it happened but gave them the chance and never delivered as drop shipper.

I canceled long before the trial was over. However, spocket charged my paypal account after confirmation that the account was closed. They are giving me the runaround and making it very difficult on me to get the charge refunded. I have to go through a paypal dispute. Disappointing because I thought this was a trustworthy company.

Does not deserve 1 star. ZERO stars! MY REVIEW - Awful, terrible, stressful, NO! ZERO STARS - DO NOT LOAD THIS APP. WARNING WARNING WARNING - Im telling you dont even think about using this app. WE had this account for 1 year and 100 orders! Spocket's success rate has to be about 70% Good luck taking that risk. Actually, dont! I cant even begin to describe the non-sense you will be dealing with. This "middle-man" vendor app clearly does not work for the vendors and/or the vendors do not use their EComm dashboards correctly. Either way, WE LOST SEVERAL WEALTHY CUSTOMERS because items could not be fulfilled, when their own listings say inventory is available. Im telling you people, DONT DO IT! WASTE of time and money. OUR little store, with 250 products loaded from spocket. Canceled them all after the 25th unfilled item. Thought I was very patient and understanding. Forget about it. Worthless! You will LOOSE customers. The bad reviews are correct. Dont think it wont happen to you. Skip this app.

Here's the truth about Spocket. All these other positive reviews are from people who just started using the platform and like what they see so far but ultimately have no idea about how things actually work here. I've been using Spocket daily since 2019 and during this time, I have accumulated extensive experience using the platform, interacting with their support team, understanding the nuances of its integration with Shopify, as well the entire dropshipping process Spocket facilitates, such as placing orders, processing times, supplier considerations, and the shipping of products to customers. This is what I can tell you. First, a heads-up: most dropshipping platforms are bunk. The industry is riddled with false promises of dropshippers making bank off their online stores when the reality is less than 1% will find success in this industry. Be sure to manage your expectations if you’re just going in for the first time. While Spocket is one of the better dropshipping platforms I’ve used over the years (and I honestly HATE saying that), it is still riddled with issues that will undoubtedly hinder your ability to succeed and will also surface unexpected roadblocks throughout your journey. This will make the likelihood of your success as a droppshipper considerably low. I’m going to focus primarily on my experiences regarding supplier issues, as this is the backbone of operations and has persisted as an ongoing problem for me since the beginning. Any experienced dropshipper knows that your business is only as good as your suppliers. Their processing times, shipping times, product quality, and return policy will all impact your success and bottom line. If the supplier disappoints your customer in any of these areas, you will suffer the losses—not them and not Spocket. While suppliers need to apply to be part of Spocket, I’ve encountered very little quality control in terms of supplier worthiness. There are often discrepancies with supplier inventory and variants from the numbers displayed in the product catalog vs what the numbers display once imported to your store. A product may appear to be in stock and have multiple variants available only for you to discover AFTER the import that the product has no stock or limited variants. I’ve had instances where a supplier has claimed to have products in stock up until the point when a customer places an order on my store and I go to fulfill it, whereupon suddenly I am informed the product is out of stock or unavailable and I am forced to refund my customer’s order and suffer reputation damage in the process. Additionally, you’ll find suppliers who have many products listed, however, nearly all of them have essentially low stock or limited variants or tags such as “DELETE” or “DISCONTINUED”. This makes browsing the product catalog and researching products to import extremely time-consuming and unreliable. The fact that Spocket allows suppliers to list numerous products without ample inventory is a key example of a lack of quality control in regard to facilitating the dropshipping process. Check out the supplier “Black Jasper” (which is a Spiral Direct reseller) to see what I mean. They currently have a large selection of products available to import, however, you’ll notice 95% of them have little to no stock or variants available. Here's an example: As of the time of writing this, I have a customer who placed an order on my store on October 17, 2024. I paid the supplier and requested fulfillment less than 2 hours after the customer placed their order. The supplier advertises their processing time at 1 business day and a shipping time of 4-7 business days. A week passed and the supplier had not even processed the order, let alone shipped it. Then another week passed. I reached out to Spocket to inquire why my order hadn't shipped. As usual, they strung me along ensuring they were looking into it without ever following up. Finally, almost a month later, on November 11, 2024, they informed me the supplier couldn't fulfill the order. My customer had to wait a month for me to notify them their order wasn't coming and then I had to refund them. Spocket was happy to keep my transaction fees though and will only refund me for the base cost of the product. As of December 10, 2024, I still have not received a refund, making it now 30 days since I was informed I would receive one. At this point, I have paid for a product that was never processed and Spocket has, by definition, stolen my money. The supplier in this instance is “Orange Poppy” and they do not provide returns, refunds, or cancellations which grants them complete impunity in the instance something goes wrong - and mark my words, it does. I've encountered this issue on several occasions with this supplier and brought it to Spocket's attention many times. They always say they're going to look into it to ensure it doesn't happen again, but it always does and at this point, I believe it always will. Spocket profits off both suppliers and retailers. They win either way. You as a Spocket Dropshipper stand to lose the most because even though Spocket says their suppliers are "vetted" they clearly are not. Additionally, they suffer no consequence for failing to process or ship orders once you pay for them. This product that my customer ordered is listed as a “Premium Product” in Spocket’s product catalog. If you don’t know already, a large majority of Spocket’s products are listed as “premium”. This is because you are limited to the number of premium products you can import to your store based on the tier of your subscription plan. By making a large majority of products “premium”, Spocket forces you to upgrade your plan but this is unjustified as frankly, there is NOTHING premium about these products, which can be easily seen from this experience and the countless others I've had. They offer no advantage in quality, processing time, shipping time, supplier support, or otherwise. If you visit a supplier page in Spocket you'll see a star rating system that shows the supplier's fulfillment rate. It's important to note that this is not a dynamic rating system but basically an image of 5 stars that is completely static. This fulfillment-rate-star-rating system does not change based on whether the supplier actually fulfills the order or not so if you're thinking of using that system to determine the reliability of a supplier, just keep that in mind. It's a useless feature. Since starting my store, I’ve had around 40 products that I had imported become deactivated by their corresponding suppliers. That’s 40 redirects I’ve had to make to product pages, considerable hours spent writing & optimizing product pages wasted, and marketing efforts & money wasted advertising products that are now unavailable. I receive email notifications from Spocket pretty much weekly informing me of products that are now out of stock on my store or deactivated altogether. As you can imagine, this makes building and maintaining a sustainable product inventory very challenging and time-consuming. Imagine you're laying bricks to build the foundation of a building but every week someone is removing the bricks you've placed. How can you build upwards in these conditions? While Spocket as a dropshipping platform has decent functionality and UX, it is not optimized for your success as a retailer. It is a tangled web of disorganized product catalogs, shady supplier practices, frustrating customer service, misrepresentations by the platform, and comes with a high risk of losses to your revenue and profit margins as a result. While some might be the exception, 99% of Spocket dropshippers will not find the success they are looking for because the platform does not enable productivity due largely to supplier challenges including product quality, cost, availability, and reliability in addition to false representations made by Spocket themselves. To remain competitive online, your profit margins will be unsustainably low and any supplier errors will come out of your pocket. It is simply not a feasible goal to expect to create a sustainable dropshipping store with Spocket until some of these fundamentally flawed issues within the platform can be resolved. And after 5 years, I doubt they ever will be.

I was so excited when I first came across Spocket. However, I quickly learned that my cost with shipping was higher than the retail price on several items being sold out in the market. I wasted so much money on this app. There is no money to be made here. I ended up buying wholesale elsewhere and was able to make a profit.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! It makes us sad to know that we were not able to satisfy your needs during your stay with us. We would have loved to work things out with you and find the right fit of suppliers and products for your store. Shipping cost can indeed be tricky sometimes especially with stores that are focused on non profits and 'for a cause' approach types like yours. Buying wholesale is also indeed a good move to make bigger profits but that actually moves you away from the dropshipping model where there is less risk since you wouldn't need to hold inventory. We do however respect your decision and feedback! We appreciate you sharing it with us and we hope you can give us a chance to prove ourselves to you and make your experience better! We'll have one of our Account managers reach out to you personally to resolve any issues you may have and find ways to improve your experience with us. You can also reach out to us at [email protected] anytime and we'll be more than happy to touch base. Thank you! -John

This app is not worth it. They have drop shippers selling to drop shippers charging outrageous prices. Their premium prices are even worse. Shopify needs to find suppliers that are true wholesale. Can't make money on this overpriced merchandise. Removed the app today. Updated review: In response to Spocket's response to my review. How would I be able to report any of your suppliers since I deleted your app? You should look into your suppliers on your own, especially your 'premium' suppliers. You are taking advantage of Shopify merchants and you are allowing your suppliers to do the same. I can't find one single app on Shopify that doesn't have drop shippers selling to drop shippers inflating the prices and shipping to outrageous levels. You should all be ashamed. You should be seeking out true WHOLESALERS to sell to and dropship for Shopify merchants. 20-35% discount on actual market prices? Do you mean retail prices? If so, you need to do more research and police your own suppliers because most of them are way above that. I wish I could find a supplier app on Shopify that is honest and isn't charging OVER retail and taking advantage. We all want to make money but all you're doing is driving prices up for everyone. I'm disgusted.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We want to make sure that the suppliers we onboard on our platform only sell within our policy. We require them to provide a 20-35% discount on actual market prices to assure that there will always be room for profit. If you find that it is not the case, we would be more than happy to investigate and take the appropriate actions against that supplier. We would like to make sure that your concern was properly handled by our representatives and that a proper conclusion has been provided to you. Your experience is more important to us! Very expensive products, with shipping times that aren't what they show (sometimes more than 30 days). Suppliers are liars and they make you waste time, money and customers. But the worst thing is that you are not protected by this "company" even if you pay their most expensive plan, they always win and they never take responsability from the bad service of their suppliers... don't recommend it if u wanna be succesful... try others like eprolo, sourcinbox or cjdropshipping, I've never have problems with them, they have rasonable prices, and don't steal your money making you pay for a suscription to access products that are always out of stock

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're sad to hear about your experience. We are very strict when it comes to what our suppliers declare which is why if a supplier fails to deliver within their specified timeline, your orders would automatically be valid for a refund. Also, we make sure to remind them to always restock their products or they might get deactivated from our platform. Rest assured that we do not tolerate them at all! This guys wont give a crap about you only about your money. You do not have direct contact with the suppliers on the platform, so if anything goes wrong with an order you have to contact their customer service, which will then reach out to the suppliers and then reach back to you. Good luck with that! I pay them 100 dollars monthly and when an order from spocket failed to deliver to my customer twice ( customer is furious btw) I reached out for help to them and I'm still waiting for an update from spocket's customer service.. DO NOT USE THIS APP! They will not assist you they way they should if something goes wrong with your order. They only know how to collect money from customers and ZERO SUPPORT

Thank you for letting us know! Shipping can be definitely be a pain sometimes especially during these times! We appreciate your feedback as it does help us know the things we can improve on and how we can do things better. Direct contact with the suppliers is a feature we are working hard to implement in the future and hope to have it rolled out soon! Failed delivery attempts however are usually within the hands of the courier themselves but it is not a reason for us not to do whatever we can to help. We understand that an update was already shared by our Customer Service about your this certain order. We would love to make sure that everything goes well! Small business owners - avoid. Please learn from my face-plant. Spocket is awful. Their shipping destinations changed without notifying me so all of a sudden products didn't ship to Canada. It totally killed any orders in my shop that had a Spocket item in the cart, because the shipping would get messed up, the customer would get frustrated thinking it was my shipping that was the issue, and I'd lose the sale. I had this app for I think 3-4 months? I found zero value with this app, asked for a refund, they said no and sent this message that they are "sorry the decision did not go in my favour." Cool, I'm a one-person business, so enjoy my 4 months of subscription dues in exchange for providing literally zero value. In fact, it took a considerable amount of time to even set up the app and find products, list them, fix all the weird tags that the app embedded into the listings, etc., so it's worse than zero, I'm out money AND time, neither of which I have much of. So whatever, I wasn't expecting a refund, just hoping, but if I had received one today, or even I would likely to try it again when you figure out that Canada is its own country and actually make this app useful in Canada. I'm taking the time to write this in hopes of saving just one hopeful soul who adds this to their shop thinking it would be a nice value-add. Is not. Is value-minus. IDK, if you're in the states and you have a big marketing budget, maybe? Don't expect any great shakes in the customer service department.

We appreciate the honest feedback! Thank you for sharing. We certainly respect and understand your opinion but we are indeed sad to hear about your experience and we'd like you to know that we are sincerely sorry about any possible inconvenience or misunderstanding we may have caused you. Just like any other applications and businesses, there is a policy in place to protect the company and its people but we assure you that our customers will and should always come first. Regarding your concern about the shipping destinations changing, we actually do notify our users regarding any changes to the listings that you have imported or pushed. It can be found in the notification bell on your Spocket dashboard. We did this to make sure you are aware and can adjust accordingly to your preference. If you did not receive any notifications from your end, we'd be more than happy to look into it. We would also be more than happy to make things better for you! Based on my professional experience, I cannot recommend using Spocket. Despite paying $698 for the subscription, I found that many of the suppliers I used on the app were not compliant with their processing or shipping times. Some claimed to be based in the US but were not, and reaching out to support was often unhelpful. While the support team was friendly, they could only message the supplier and wait for a reply, which could take up to 48 hours. This meant that orders were often late, and I had to deal with frustrated customers demanding their tracking numbers. I was also frustrated by the lack of direct access support had to contact the supplier. Every week, I have to reach out for help because an order hasn't shipped on time, and even the chat feature they promoted as a benefit was often unresponsive. Additionally, there was no option to confirm if an item was in stock before paying the supplier, and once you pay for an order, you're stuck with it for weeks without the option to cancel. As a small business owner, I find this lack of control over a large number of suppliers to be unacceptable and detrimental to retaining new and existing customers.

I've been using this for 2 months, so I can give an extensive opinion. You Should NOT install this app if you're just starting out with dropshipping or if even if you have been dropshipping for a while and I will extensively explain why... Let me start off with the positives: //Customer Service// Spocket's customer service is top of the line! My questions were answered within 12 hours, sometimes even 1 hour! The explanation is concise, straight to the point and easy to understand. //The User Interface// Easy to browse products and sort based on specifications. Now that that's out of the way (yes only 2 positives), let us talk about the negative in chronological order. //The Pricing// The $12/month starter plan is probably the best value. Anything else is a rip off if you only get 1-10 orders per day. //The User Interface// You can't edit the products in the app after you've imported them, which is fine. But if you touch any variation, THE WHOLE PRODUCT STOPS WORKING! Then if you try to resync the product you'll soon discover that that's not even possible! You have to delete the product on your shopify store and then re-download via the app. If there's a variant that you don't want, YOU CAN'T DELETE IT. You also cannot edit any order in the app. Product editing and Order editing are two basic functionalities in any other products-app, how can you not even get that right?! //The Sellers// There are multiple points here so I'll split it into subtitles. --Anonimity-- This is very shady: All sellers get a pseudonym from Spocket so you can't find them online and try to cut a deal out of the app. Names like "Orange Eunostous", "Orange Pine" and "Orange Charlie" can't be real business names. I can understand the anonimity though. What I don't understand is that YOU CANNOT CONTACT ANY SELLER DIRECTLY VIA THE APP!!! You'll always have to contact the Spocket customer service for an answer from your seller. Took me a week to negotiate an international shipping fee down from $21(ridiculously high) to $15 , more on that later. --The quality and consistency of sellers-- There is such a HUGE difference in quality between the sellers. 1 Seller will process your order in 1 day and another will take 7 days. 1 Seller will charge you $5 for shipping and another $20. YOU'LL DEFINITELY LOSE MONEY IF YOU DON'T CHARGE $15 SHIPPING ON YOUR OWN STORE. Spocket should hold it's sellers to a higher standard! The only thing you need to become a seller, is prove that you have your own stock and that your products are unique. Let me tell you someting: Atleast 50% of the products can be found on Aliexpress for half the price! --The Products-- Spocket constantly tries to push you to buy their Pro subscription for $99/month to get access to "premium" products. The products are not premium at all. Printed masks and aliexpress products are premium? haha, give me a break. NOT WORTH $49 or $99/month. You can find most of the products on Aliexpress or just your local printing shop for half the price. Most of the sellers are just a middelman that make money by selling to you, so only cutting into your profits. Don't fall for this. --The shipping-- As I stated before, there's no consistency with the shipping time: An order can take 1 day to process and 3 days to ship, while another can take 1 month in total! Just recently, an order took 20 days to get shipped out and they only notified me after 14 days!! WHAT?! At times it was literally FASTER to find the product on Aliexpress, place the order and get it delivered to your customer. //What should (new) dropshippers do?// If I were you, I'd look for sourcing dropshipping plugins that have a centralized stock. You're not Amazon, so don't put your trust into hundreds of sellers that you can't do a background check on for yourself to carry your brand. There are thousands of sourcers on like Alibaba or anywhere on the web that will gladly support your dropshipping business idea with no money down and a flexible growth formula. (I won't mention a specific company, because that would make this a dishonest review in my eyes) Don't get fooled and find something else!

They don't have the type of item my store sell, not even 1 and it would have been nice to have been able to see that before being forced to sign up... Big waste of time

I have a business physically, with more than 500 products in 3 physical stores. I decided to put this App to add some products that I do not have, for online sales. I found myself with unqualified suppliers, very high shipping prices, the first trial order was canceled after 12 days of waiting. It was for me, I wanted to test the system before taking my clients. The customer service is incompetent, they never knew what happened to my shipment. they just told me wait until this day. Another one of the customer service seems racist. He does not know what Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Virgin Islands is part of the USA, and I treat in a contemptuous and minimizing way. or mentioning Mexico ?. I really never thought of meeting these types of people giving support services. Thanks for such a bad experience. I do not recommend this APP at all.
