Recharge has been a great solution for my new business. At $99 / month I can accomplish everything I need and don't have to spend $500 / month or more like some of the competitors. Recently had a customer service technical question and their CS rep emailed me back within minutes and solved my problem. Great experience so far!

Be CAREFUL with this company. We have been using their free platform for a couple of years, it is very lacklustre and we were looking for an alternative. They upgraded us to their higher tier to try it out, and it wasn't much better - but instead of putting us back on the free tier, they started billing us $500 per month after the trial! We have been trying to get them to stop billing us since August and every month they charge us $500 USD or more for something we are not even using!!. It's infuriating! They just reply saying "the free tier doesn't exist anymore" and then they still charge us! You cannot remove your credit card, you cannot change your billing tier - you are at their mercy. We now have to just shut down our subscription service entirely since removing the app is (hopefully) the only way to get them to stop charging us!

Having found out more on the capabilities within Recharge, there is so much more we as a company can gain from the tool. General reporting drilled down further by product is super helpful knowing where to apply the gas. Flows discussed are a nice and easy way to extend purchase behavior on our best customers. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to add recurring orders and/or bundles to their website. Jairus Streight from Recharged help me get the app up and running. I greatly valued his expertise and patience. I felt he went above and beyond to make this app work for our site, which was difficult, because we have a complicated website. White glove experience from start to finish.

I was reluctant to sign up to Recharge at first because of the higher price vs the lower priced subscription management apps available, however I have to say this is already proving extremely valuable. First it's a well built app which just works so I don't have to worry about that, and the support team has always been highly responsive and extremely helpful with their responses (thank you Vincent for your support just now). I also have found that more revenue is being saved because of the workflow from Recharge to encourage skipping, rather than a straight off the bat cancellation from the customer, so it's already proving highly valuable. Great app, highly recommend!
