It says its free until $500 but then to be able to use it they tell you that you need to pay this and that. Then you’re jus loosing you’re time setting up this app to find out after about prices that were not advertised before. THIS IS NOT OK !!!

We have multiple pricing tiers, as outlined in the Shopify listing page. The plans are based on monthly subscription revenue of the merchant as well as the sophistication of the features. In the FREE plan, the subscription widget setup in product page in available. We believe this feature is essential to get up and running in subscriptions, and hence is a part of the free tier. I believe our support engineer demonstrated this feature for you. I have bugged the heck out of this team with my stupid questions and inability to comprehend the simplest of instructions. Though, this small team behind this app have been responsive, helpful and overly nice throughout all of it. They have fixed every issue I have inquired about in a timely manner. Best support ever...oh yeah - the app is fantastic too!

The technical people are always very helpful. What I need has to be a paid plan although I have never tried subscription app before. It was a bit of commitment. It takes time to learn how things work etc. I have been using this app for a while and the subscription is definitely helping our revenue.

Noch nicht viele Erfahrungen gemacht, die Installation und Erstellung eines Aboplans war einfach. Es gab Probleme, dass das Abo auf der PLP nicht angezegit wurde, aber der support hat dann geholfen :)

I asked for help and they walked me through the whole process to set up a Build a Box. I will continue to add more and more of their widgets to our site based on that type of customer service!

Nach längerem Suchen haben wir mit Appstle Subscriptions endlich die Möglichkeit gefunden unsere Subscriptions von rein digitalen Produkten umzusetzen. Wir liefern nicht monatlich Produkte sondern wollten vor allem einen Zahlungsplan abbilden. Das funktioniert wunderbar. Die vielfältigen Optionen für Customizations von Order, E-Mails und Customer Portals sind wirklich top und ein absolutes Highlight ist der schnelle und lösungsorientierte Support! 5 Sterne.
