We have Appstle on (6) B2C/B2B websites. It's an excellent app, looks good on the front end and the Customer Service is of the best in the industry. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kehanvi, the success manager for Appstle Subscriptions, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Kehanvi was extremely helpful and efficient in addressing all the issues I had with customizing the labels, removing the option for one-time purchases, and fixing the "add to cart" button. What impressed me the most was that there was no wait time, and Kehanvi was able to assist me right away. She had a great understanding of the product and was able to customize it to meet my specific needs. Her attention to detail was also impressive, and she was able to identify and fix the small issue with the "add to cart" button quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend Kehanvi and Appstle Subscriptions to anyone looking for a subscription management solution with exceptional customer support. Appstle customer service has been very helpful in every inquiry/issue I have. Very happy with the service. Mann helped me by taking over the issue and fixing it for me, something that I needed since I have been trying to figure out the issue for some time and didn't want to risk potentially losing my subscriptions/subscribers. We have been using the app for some time and we're happy with it. It's easy to use on our end and for customers. The number of customizations allow you to tailor subscriptions any way you like.

I was looking for a better product to handle subscriptions and switched over to Appstle. The app is very user friendly and if you need support, their support team is world class. I have a small business and this app has made getting starting with a subscription business so much easier!

The crew are Appstle are very responsive to requests for support and adding new features, they really do want all their users to have the best Subscription app experience. Coming from Recharge this was a huge change. Appstle subscriptions are easy to integrate, nicely extensible and the dev team will help you out when you need it. I'm sure we'll be upgrading to the Premium Business plan very soon as this side of our business grows. Running an international DTC business online we've used a lot of Apps to help us get the job done and Appstle and their team are genuinely world class.

Great support and 24/7 customer service with amazing service! The features within the app are great and so is the support UPDATE: Support was two faced. Really great in the beginning, but then they don't care about you. Takes multiple requests to get anything changed, long times with no response, and incorrect migration. When we migrated my customers were getting charged full price, you can see how this is not good for business. Took over a week to get this resolved with Appstle support

Mann was amazingly helpful from the very beginning, migrated our subscription from another app, then we got a short video training to go over all the basics and make sure we are ready to activate Appstle in our store. I love how intuitive and clean the admin backend is. I am looking forward to having Appstle help us gain many new regular subscribers to our product.
