App works great, but the stand apart for this is the customer support. Anytime i've had to chat with them they are extremely responsive and very quick to help, even providing tips and tricks not related to my support issue.

Solid subscription app with a lot of function. We are still learning to get the most out of this app but without a doubt the 24/7 support has been so helpful.

Great app. Great support. Love the pricing. We just added Appstle Subscriptions after struggling with another app. (I don't want to shame them, so I won't name names.) So far I am incredibly impressed. Their team was very responsive and helpful installing the app (on a Sunday!) I am just getting acquainted with all the features, but it seems powerful, exactly what we were looking for. From inventory forecasting/reminders to Klaviyo integration, this seems like the real deal. The customer portal and widgets also just look great out of the box. And the pricing structure is fantastic. No processing fee like some of their competitors, and very budget friendly to businesses like ours that are just getting started. Appstle reps are quick to help online. Discouraged that I can't get a demo call for 2-3 weeks. Many of the Help videos are over a year old and not accurate anymore due to system updates. Appstle is suppose to be the best service but I'm running in to many areas that I will have to "improvise" to make it work for my needs

I love using this app because it is so convenient for my customers and myself to stay on track with their orders! Whenever I need help or have a question, the customer service team replies in under 2 minutes...you will love using this app! :) Very easy to install, set up, and utilize!

We've been using appstle for about a month now. Having to migrate from a different setup, we naturally had A LOT of questions. I have never experienced this level of support from a shopify app before. It's insane. Not only is this real 24/7 live chat (seriously they always answer within 5 minutes), they also don't just give you a bunch of canned responses; they actually help. We need more of this in the world. Their pricing is also fair. They don't try and eat into your hard earned profit like some of the other apps (who would have you pay an extra 2-10% of your revenue). I mean, $100 for $50k in subscription revenue is more than fair. From all the subscription apps I have been through, I have to say that appstle's is the best one of them all. It's super easy to get started (and if you have any issues, they have that amazing support, to help you, even if it's 4 in the morning and your program launches in 2 hours). But it's also the most advanced I have seen to far as well. We have some pretty specific needs that requires a lot of changing of products and prices and with this app, it was super easy to set up and works like a charm. All in all, I feel like I have finally found a good subscription app with a friendly, knowledgeable and fair team behind it, and I plan to stick around for a long time. Please don't change appstle.

The support team at Appstle is always very helpful when it comes to issues or questions; there have even been a couple of instances where they introduced a new app feature to accommodate our needs! Could use some improvement around email notifications and out of stock item management.

This app has really stressed me out. I want to offer our customers a pre-pay subscription option, where we win with cash-flow, and they win with a product discount. However the shipping profiles / settings do not make any sense, as I don't want them to get free deliveries that I don't deem them to be entitled to. I am told it's not possible to create a pre-pay option where our current website delivery charges are applied (free delivery when you spend £40). With the pre-pay option, if a customer spends £40 total spread across 3x deliveries (i.e. we spend 3x the amount on deliveries - about £8 x 3) they get free delivery, which is exactly NOT what I want as we just loose money (if we spend £8 on each delivery, it means we spend £24 delivery for a total pre-pay order of £40). I need them to spend at least £40 for each DELIVERY (so that's £120 total for 3x separate delivery slots) to get free delivery. But apparently this is not possible, which I find really unhelpful. Some of the chat people are helpful, but it takes longer than expected for them to reply and one just left the chat today and was marked as 'away' without warning. I wish there was a phone number I could call so someone could just talk it through with me. Also, when you've created a new delivery profile, these can't be edited. So if you get one little thing wrong that you want to change, you have to do it all again.

This app helps greatly with subscriptions and when I have trouble, the customer service is great! I only wish they had more customer portal options without upgrading to the enterprise plan
