This app helps greatly with subscriptions and when I have trouble, the customer service is great! I only wish they had more customer portal options without upgrading to the enterprise plan

Great app for subscriptions - very comprehensive! Support is outstanding, with many talented, helpful team members available all day long. Developers are quick to make reasonable changes! The ONLY thing that you need to adjust up front: the default labels/email templates need to be re-worded, but that's a few hours of customization and you are all set! Highly Recommend!

I had an issue which was not only resolved within 2 minutes, they actually went above and beyond and offered enhancements to my already working app - this was an amazing experience and I look forward to working with them

My customer would like to know if they can edit their subscription themselves. that's why I contacted online customer service to seek a quick answer. very helpful customer service! solved my questions very efficiently. highly recommended.

This app can do a lot. I found it cumbersome to setup a discount when someone purchases a year long subscription plan vs. a monthly plan. Lucky for me Kehanvi was on the chat! The support team for this app is 10/10!

I am still in the process of setting up the app and migrating our store. It is easy to use and the support is amazing! I can't highly recommend it enough.

Amazing customer service! This app was one of the many I tried for my website and it worked great! I really like the automatic email notifications feature of the app. The customer service team is around 24/7 to help with just about anything! Great app.

good advance features and ability to customise is a plus. Support is helpful to guide me through initial set up and recurring usage. the price plan model is also friendly to businesses that's starting out.

Really nice app and great customer service! There are a few things that can be ironed out like universally changing the email templates, but the everything else was great.

I had some initial barriers when first trying to set up my subscriptions, however, the help chat was excellent and Mitanshu could not have been more helpful and solved my problem instantly, with a very pleasant manner. Fully recommend the service so far
