I've added this app to my Shopify store and the rep reach out to me right away and set up the widget, customized it so it matches my brand and send me tutorials on how to navigate the customer portal. I'm super impressed with their customer service and everything that the app has to offer!

The options are huge, but the online support is probably some of the best I've ever seen. They are knowledgeable and able to quickly configure and change things for you. Surprisingly good support.

Technical support via chat was amazing. I was struggling with integration but the team (Mitanshu) integrated the app for me in just a few minutes.

I'm new to this app, but the customer service is 5 star. Super impressed with the reps helpfulness and concern. After my second contact with this company I take it back, not everyone is the first rep. What's more is there was no way to separate sale prices from actual subscription prices, the app practically gave the store away.

Excellent help with onboarding, even provided live chat support on a Sunday in the US - Kehanvi was extremely helpful and even helped customize the look and feel of the integration on the site within just a few minutes. I tried out several other subscription apps and this one has by far the most in terms of features/customization. Definitely recommended.

I just installed the App on my site. When I contacted Appstle for support, Prathana was extremely helpful! Every step of the way my questions on the setup and how the platform works were answered. Prathana even made suggestions to ensure the look and feel were seamless.

A very good app. We are currently using this app to accommodate subscription based ordering, I rarely had a problem with the app and the customer support is awesome!

I had a lot of questions setting up my first subscription product and customer support was so helpful! They also were able to change the appearance of the widget to better fit my shop which was really nice.

Ahmed is THE BEST! He was so helpful and took the time to modify the look of my widgets! He even help me set up my shipping profiles! So kind, great app! Just wish you could edit the shipping profile locations once they were created.
