très bon rapport qualité prix, j'ai eu un petit soucis d'affichage et un développeur est rapidement venue réparer le problème (gratuitement bien sur) en 2 jours je n'avais plus aucun problèmes et le service clients répond très rapidement.

This is way too expensive if you have a plenty of customers, I don't recommend. There's a lot of free tracking apps. Wish this developer consider about the pricing again.
Hello Ordicle, Thank you for your opinion and taking your time to leave a feedback. We’d like to notice that free tracking offering apps at Shopify usually offer very limited number of trackings - 20 or 50 / per month. So it is not always convenient for more selling stores. Trackr annual plan offers 0,017$ price / tracking. Also additional options inside Trackr app allows store owners not to register all of the trackings they have and use tracking service even cheaper. Other apps at Shopify offering quite similar pricing (e.g. 0,015$ - 0,019$ per order tracking) ask for a monthly payment - e.g. 99 $ or 119 $. Trackr app prices are calculated to maintain quality tracking of more than 900 couriers, to cover constant app improvement and new feature implementation we are working on everyday. This is an awesome app with wonderful customer service. They helped me customize my webpage to suite the rest of my website. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an app to help with order tracking.

I can honestly admit that Trackr indeed made my life easier. It significantly reduced the amount of inquiries I get every day, which now allows me to focus on other things rather than answering the same question over and over again. Was super easy to install and set up – would definitely recommend to anyone working with shipments.

App works well. We had quite a few orders that were tracked without a problem and some that had questions about, but the support helped us and everything works now! They’ve also helped me set up everything and took time to answer all the questions I’ve had.

Even though my issue couldn't be solved, since the feature I was looking for is yet unable to achieve, I really appreciate the good customer care they provided to me. Fast responses and actually going after the issue I explained I had. I have not measured the app's work in my live store yet, all this 5-stars is just particularly regarding the customer service.

Nice app and great support. Easy user interface, clean, and simple. It was very easy to set up my order status page and I could choose colours to blend with my theme colours. I would hope to see you introduce a sales funnel to the trackr in future. Also, the app came cheap. Thank you.

So far I am so so so happy with this app! and with the support service! I love the fact that you can hide the carriers, change the colors, translate the main points in your language and so many other features! Thank you to Justas and everyone else for always helping me so fast! Thank you again!

Such a fantastic app. The pricing is extremely fair, the interface is nice and easy to use and the customer service is top notch and friendly! I definitely recommend :)

I love the design and look of the app but it does not work for me! All me tracking numbers show as pending despite them being regularly updated by the courier. Also, I can't see any way of contacting them about the issue.
Dear Paraphonealia, We've checked your orders situation: you have 6 pending orders at the moment. All other have status "In Transit" or "Delivered". There are a lot of successfully tracked code paterns "SF...." on your account. It means that currently "Pending" "SF..." codes will be updated soon as well. We kindly would like to pay your attention that when new code is entered into tracking system, it takes a bit of time to get information via API from tracking info providers. Regarding contacting Trackr support - on a Tracker app admin page, on the right corner there is "Leave a message" contact window. Please use it for contacting us. App has been charging me monthly even after I installed the app. I just realized this. Please refund me the amount!
Hello TheBelleBeauty, We checked your payment situation: the monthly charge was generated automatically by Shopify billing for previous period after you re-opened the store and Trackr app was still installed. There is no problem to issue the refund in such situations :). We already asked Shopify support for a refund and added you CC in the request letter. have a great day! Regards - Trackr team [2020 05 19] ___ UPDATE. You should have received a reply from Shopify about refund confirmation (it will require few days to reach bank account though). Shopify also confirmed that Trackr DID NOT charged your card after uninstalling: And to confirm your earlier question: you are correct to believe that once an app has been uninstalled it cannot continue to bill the account. However, a final invoice may be issued for an app if uninstalled mid-way during a billing cycle. If your customer has any concerns about this, you can always invite them to reach out to us directly and we can confirm this on our end as well.

j'utilise cette application depuis quelques mois car j’espérais réduire les plaintes de mes clients. Cependant, elle ne fonctionne pas bien. Chaque fois qu'un de mes clients cherche à suivre sa commande, il lui est affiché " votre commande a été expédiée". Le client se retourne vers moi pour savoir ce qu'il en est de sa commande. Je suis obligé de passer mon temps à échanger des messages d'explication. Certains me traitent même d'arnaqueur!!!
