CHECK OUT THEIR RECENT 1 STAR REVIEWS TOO. THE RECENT ONES SHOW, SOMETHING IS UP WITH SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. My experience with Trendsi as a drop shipper has been frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service was much better prior to October but still had issues, but now it's nothing short of terrible. If you plan to order more than 2 items for your business, be prepared for incompetence. Their shipping and customer service are concerning, with powerless representatives who offer apologies but no real solutions. The support cycle is endless – you report an issue, they promise a response, then close the chat or email without resolution. Communication is a constant struggle, with no real answers. In my recent order, I was even lied to, and some items were canceled because they were out of stock. But in my store, they were fully in stock. When I inquired, I was told that they didn't pass inspection, but instead of offering alternatives, they suggested reordering. However, this only led to further delays and complications. My order, placed on October 18, 2023, has not been fully received, refunds are pending, and my order is now considered lost. Escalation promises have gone unanswered for more than 48 hours. If you're considering Trendsi as a dropshipper, think twice. While they have positive reviews, my experience suggests otherwise. Look for a more reliable and accountable option, as I regret keeping them right before the holidays.

As someone who has 3 jobs including Boutique owner, I need an app that is easy and straightforward to use, has all the right features to help with efficiency and offers true expedited shipping options. The absolute most important feature for me, as a drop ship business owner, is the automatic inventory updates and "out of stock alerts". Trendsi provides all of this and More! Knowing that I have knowledgeable, friendly and supportive customer support staff at my finger tips who respond so quickly is also invaluable. Today, Anya exceeded my expectations with a critical need.. I was wow'd by her service and her communication. I am beyond impressed with Anya as well as all of my previous interactions with Trendsi support. It feels good to work with a trustworthy and supportive vendor!

Every employee I have ever interacted with at Trendsi is amazing! They are quick, nice and have the answers to all my questions. I truly appreciate all the employees I have worked with especially Raymart. The Trendsi team goes above and beyond with each interaction. Thank you! Tonight on 3/12/24 I worked with Dave and WOW!! I am amazed. You guys have truly hired the best talent. He helped me with so much making sure my store is squared away before we launch. I could not be happier. Thanks again Dave!! Trendsi is amazing! I just got my first sale(not even a day yet. I literally just fixed my store 3 hours ago LOL) And the customer asked for a size change which I tried to do in Shopify but couldn't, I think because fulfillment was already in progress. Well Long story short, Gretle helped fix it in less than 2 minutes and Trendsi is Amazing! The products sell themselves, customer service is top-notch! I am super excited, can you tell?! This is my first successful Shopify store, y'all in 3 years of trying, 3 years!!! Trendsi is the bomb..that's it
